Hello Developers! First, let me say - LOVE THIS GAME!!!! Been playing for over a year now. Have a question: Is there a way you might be able to add a "buy out" feature from the special puzzles that are uncommon? Here's the thing: I'm pretty good at solving puzzles of any kind, actually...all. All except for slider puzzles. I've been working on the one at the Dark Tower for about 6 months and I just can't finish it. I'd be willing to buy my way out of it if that was an option. Not asking to buy my way through the game, just these one-off special puzzles that are holding me up.

Thanks for your consideration.

There is little help on the help page and it is remiss of the developers to ask for players to be providing all of the info to other players. (AKA Wiki) I have given many hints to other players, but being I spend little time on the main Island, newer players are not getting all the help they might need.

I actually thought this was a really lame game originally (I love it now) and only used it to fill some time for the first few months. Had I not gotten to the commons when I did, I was going to give up on the game as I had no idea how fun the commons and events were. I spoke to many players who said, "same here!"

I have no idea how your updating works and how easy it is to add to the islands but here are some suggestions to help players get started and continue to enjoy the game.

~ All info NPCs should have a green triangle above their head. (Note the AI ones do not) The info should be reviewed every few months to ensure accuracy. Adding URLs to get to BW Wiki and the CNE game forum/news should be available, but should not be the only info provided.

~ An info booth similar to the Vacatau one that doesn't do a darn thing. (You can copy and paste it or just use the banner, so no need for new graphics)

~ The info booth could be on the tutorial shore, with beginner info

~ Another at the commons entrance giving a list of buildings that are possible to the player as the game progresses, and anything that cannot be added to the town crier as his list is already too long. (Like the daily clown bonus every 20 hours)

~ Add a booth or banner (and for sure the green arrow) to the AI info lady on the dock. Update her answers to the many questions that players DO ASK, like how to use the "enable player clicking"

I know you have a list of player's questions that you must have complied over the years. If you can't make the changes or implement the booths, how about using the daily popup for info sharing when there are no events/news flashes. One new one could be added daily on the slow days rather than leave old, outdated "news."

When I asked why the forums were so seldom used and why the higher level players do not answer the new players questions, the answer was that they are tired of answering the same old questions. If players do not get answers or help, they get frustrated and perhaps even angry and leave. Regardless, some extra help would also take the heat off your communications/support staff if done properly.

Edited for errors.

Dear Developers,
Have a very happy new year
First of all, LOVE this game. LOOOOOOOOTS of fun!!!
Second, as an idea, i think I think it would be great if there was something we could do with the our extra mounts (specifically the horses). I mean the whole "mount idea" is very lovely, but I already have a lot of horses that I do not use. Maybe sell them or something?
Thank you very much!

FYI, the community manager, Nobleken, answered 15 times on the first 3 pages alone. After reading the suggestion threads on ALL of the platforms, it is obvious that Kittychix and Nobleken assured the suggestions were passed on, because I see so many were actually implemented.

Although it is nice to see a response to a suggestion on the forums, one has to ask, why is it that none here are responded to, @Erika?

Add other useful things (perhaps some dusts) to buy with alchemy tokens. I have bought everything in the alchemy shop and since spheres are commonly rewarded for quests there is no need to buy them. Alchemy tokens are just piling up and have nothing to buy. New items could be expensive and occasionally have the rare dust too but otherwise there is no need for the tokens.

Some players can’t access AI as it won’t load on a good day. Christmas was hell for some as they could barely play, let alone visit AI. AI Was even bad for me with a newer computer and upgraded internet and newest flash, with as few as 10 players showing on the Islands.

When players can’t load, their character can remain stuck in the teleporter, and show as being on AI isle 2. (Ghosting: having a second character remain on AI while you refresh and continue to play elsewhere) If a player can’t load AI, they also can’t change isles.

There really should be some way to alleviate the Isle 2 server overload. Would not having the request for the island of choice at the teleporter in the commons help alleviate that problem?

Since mana is earned (and used rather quickly), it would be nice if - when you use mana - that it also whacks any extra items on the screen. For example, if hunting for logs and a "pine tree" pops up...using mana should whack all of the bushes PLUS the pine tree.

I'd like to see something done with the school house. After it's built, it just sits there...maybe a "back to school" event or quest?

Oh, something happens to the school house eventually.

I would love it if we could get little teasers now and then about events that are coming up. Not only do players like the anticipation of things to come, but it would help in knowing how to plan the timing of crops, and whether we should conserve energy for an event that is due to start. A lot of games give teasers, and even Big Fish used to announce the Bushwhacker events in the morning of the the day of the event, but for some reason that stopped. I would really appreciate the developers taking this under consideration.

It would be nicer if in Trinket combines you could see ones you have materials (like in Alchemy table you can). Its kinda exhaunting to look them trough to find whitch ones you have materials.

I wondered about the school house? She has been "setting up" for years! Being a school teacher myself, I can think of myriad quest possibilities for Bushwhacker to carry out, helping her educate the kids of Bushlandia! Initial quests to gather needed supplies first (would she need chalk or dry erase markers? social studies textbooks? pattern blocks for math? an overhead projector?), and then maybe quests to gather samples of every bush and critter to learn about? Let me know if I can be of service

Oh, I didn't know! I wondered when things will start to unfold again. I'm at level 221, so I was thinking maybe everything that happens in the town had happened. I wondered if the Inspector Kaine quests were the only continuing development.

Not sure if this has been suggested previously, but a search bar for the inventory customization items (hats, swords, etc) akin to what we have for our ranch inventory and storage screens. Or even just have them sorted alphabetically in the inventory screens.

Also feed that can be currently used on our current mount could be brighter than it currently is. Sometimes it's really hard to tell which ones are dull (meaning not relevant to the current mount's stats, etc) and which are not.

Either a search filter for trinkets or update the trinket page to categories is my next idea. Categories could either be grouped by buff type (i.e. all trinkets that increase puzzle piece odds would be grouped together) or by trinket type (i.e. all cornucopias are grouped in a cornucopia category).

Editing to clarify that this refers to the trinket page in the player inventory. A categorization feature or filter/search bar would make it easier to find and equip trinkets if a player is looking to improve a specific area, such as quest item odds during one of the events.

I would like to say thanks for mount update and just wondered if it would be possible
for something similar with pet treats? I have loads but can't see what I can do with them once you have used one on your pet.

Thank you for such a brilliant game too, totally hooked!!!!!

Another idea would be quick travel between quest hubs. The house icon for the Commons could be updated to act like the inventory button that pulls up multiple options when you click on the item bag. From that popup we could pick the quest hub we want to travel to, be it the Commons, Cloud King's Castle, or Sanctuary Village (or any future quest hub areas that get released). That way if we check in with the town crier about what quests are available and want to go to Sanctuary Village we can get there directly and with more ease.

Hi, I would like to suggest a interface on the trickets pop up. Whyen you go to the guy at the market, you only get a choice of going through a list of trinkets. i have gone through many before i give up as i can not find one have have the ingredients for,

An interface like with the runes would be nice where you can choose to see what trinkets you can make or ones you have some of the ingredients for so you know what you need. I have not made one trinkets because it takes too long to go through

Cheers
