I'm struggling with this one too for the Daily Event. The bombs keep exploding without any sign of being able to make a lightning bolt

Help! I can't get passed 115 2. Not enough reds and greens for color bombs to release tokens. I've tried shovels, extra lives...nothing works. Is there a glitch on this level?

Omg! New Orleans is nearly impossible. After a week and countless lives, I am only on level 31. I appreciate a challenge, but it shouldn't be impossible! Geez! Almost every level requires many lives and boosts! Ugh

Yes, it's level 48 but it's incorrect because the player's used two boosts, and not shown it in the video. If the video doesn't show the boosts being used it's useless.

Does anyone have any useful advices for New Orleans level 48?

New Orleans Level 25-1

Can any of you tell me how you passed this level? I am not getting close enough to warrant buying extra time so I need to find a better strategy. Thanks much.

Finally, after MANY tries I got some great drops and finished this level with 27 seconds left on the clock! What luck. I wonder if some of these levels are like a slot machine that will all eventually pay off but not until you have put in lots of time and cost.

Can anyone help? I can't think how to approach this one. Do I have to keep buying extra time? Is it a necessary level? It may give blue hats?

This is one of the few levels where I had to use rain clouds- three of them, no less!!! At the end of the side street there's a direct deal, not a Helping Hand Level, but I don't remember what the resources were. No level is necessary, you can always ship, if you have the patience. I don't.

Too late to help you but for those who are not through NOLA yet, I will add that I tried this many times without getting close then finally tonight I had some good drops and was able to complete the level by using one extra-time boost. To win this one, of course, you have to make some good moves but you must also get some lucky opportunities.

Good luck!

I am really stuck here. I can clear the board and set off the chained line bombs on the top, left and bottom columns. On the right column there is no line boost, only 5 chained gummies of 5 differing colors. I cannot figure out how to get these. I have tried many times and never get a board that gives me anything different.

Experts, what is the strategy here?

There's no special strategy to clear the right column, just try to create line boosts that will clear the top and bottom ones, and/ or bolts, or bolts plus line /bombs for the rest. You may have to use shovels as well. This is indeed a difficult level, where a waterfall would be a solution but sadly it's not available.

I was able to do as you said. In the end it took 5 extra moves and one shovel, but I was able to win the level. I got two of the protected chained gummies with 2 line crushes, two of the other chained gummies with 2 lightning bolts, and the last one with a shovel. Maybe if I had to do this again, I would just use 5 shovels and work on the points. I REALLY appreciate your help.

This is rediculous. A time limit, the 3 level returning stickers and the vanishing squares. How in the hell are you supposed to even get rid of the stickers? Never mind do it in the alotted time. And this is the apprentice level? ?

According to my notes, I passed Intern after 4 tries, without boosts. I just returned to play Architect and Master, and I passed both on the first try, also without boosts! I'm good at timed levels, but not that good. So it's not one of the very bad levels after all. You just have to try and you'll soon get lucky.

In terms of strategy (not sure what you mean by vanishing squares, if you mean the sand it's not a big problem here, but you should know that to keep sand from spreading you must make matches next to it) you must first and foremost focus on the stickers and destroy them systematically, without letting them replenish. In other words, focus on one sticker at a time until you destroy it and go to another one only if there are no more available matches- don't just make matches here and there. This will take care of the sand too, as they are located on the same area. The second most important thing is to try and create boosts and the third in line is to make matches that include gummies bearing extra time ( I say third because I think that the time allowed on this level is not that much of an issue). Good luck!

I did get it finally. I got lucky with 2 lightning bolts right off the bat. It seemed like everything just matched up this time, like it just got way easier. It's all in howbthey fall. Thanks for the tips anyway.
