Gummy Drop! Level 23, Easter Bunny Island

Hello Catnipinn,

It totally makes sense to ask where those 15 ice cubes are when level 23 on Easter Bunny Island is started. I can absolutely explain a bit further on where to find those ice cubes today.

In this particular level, there are a few ice-bomb gummies that need to explode and create ice cubes so that they can be removed to meet this specific challenge. What I recommend is making matches to start setting up to remove those ice cubes that will appear after those bombs explode. After they explode, they should create enough ice cubes to complete the challenge as usual.

Clearing those bombs before they explode not only doesn't count towards the challenge, but will make it likely impossible to complete the challenge. So one of the difficulties of this level is ensuring that those bombs are unintentionally removed before they explode.

For players that are seeing trouble with the game and our help pages don't seem to assist or if a player would just like additional assistance beyond the forums, I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! There are no ice blocks to break & there are 15 required to complete the level. Please help.

Hello barabarobin,

It definitely makes sense to wonder where those 15 ice blocks are to break when the level begins and I had hoped that my previous response was able to quickly clarify why those ice blocks seem to not be available at the start.

To further clarify, there are gummies on the board that when they count down and explode, they will create ice blocks surrounding that gummy. For this specific level, the goal is to try not to clear those ice cube bombs before they explode, this way ice cubes appear so that they can be cleared for the level's goal. This could be challenging as cascading matches happen, so I recommend trying for matches that are above those specific gummies. This should allow you to create boosts or other power ups without endangering those ice cube block creators.

I hope that was able to clarify why that specific level doesn't seem to have the ice cubes necessary to complete it.

Please help! I've lost all progress. Was waiting for Bogota to become available and was replaying other cities. Last night I logged in to play and I'm back in Sydney. I've logged out and logged in but no change. The problem I'm having is when I try to send customer support a ticket it's not recognizing my USER ID. I went through my Facebook to make sure I typed in the user id properly and have the right email but I still can't issue a ticket. Can anyone help me?

In that case your best bet is to send a PM to one of the moderators, preferrably one of those who post here frequently, and ask for help. You can add those moderators to your Address Book (go to the list of Active Moderators, press PM, then add to Address Book) and then see who's currently online (press on My Messages in your profile to find your Address Book). I'm not sure how all this works on mobile but it may help speed up the process.

I'm sorry to hear that the progress for your game is not showing up, even after signing back in after logging out. We definitely don't want players to have to start back over when playing Gummy Drop! and I apologize that the in-game User ID field isn't accepting the full ID. We're in contact with the teams for our website and help pages and they are investigating this specific issue some players are running into when entering their User ID.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, you can still receive assistance with lost progress even if the form field is having trouble. I hope you'll still get in touch with our Gummy Drop! Support Team and provide that ID within the body of the request rather than the form field indicated. Since that specific field is optional, this should allow you to still send us the request and provide that ID in the meantime while our teams work on making the field accept all variations of in-game IDs that are available for our games.

eli173 is also correct that any of the active Moderators are more than happy to listen and help out in situations such as this. So don't hesitate to PM any of us on that list should you have more questions, are unsure where to post a question, or have general questions or feedback about the forums. I think there's a glitch on Easter island level 23, I'm supposed to clear 15 ice cubes but there aren't any! I've cleared the board using double lightning bolts, used 15 lives, got thousands in points, but still can't pass the level.

This is no glitch. Look at the top of this page and you will find a discussion on this isuue. Also, below this thread there are several threads by the name Easter Island about this subject.

I am through all the intern levels for all 51 cities and none of my ships can move until Bogota is released, why?

We do apologize that if you had previously completed all the landmarks in the cities, there isn't a way to move your ships until the next city is released. If there are landmarks to be built, please try to check your ship tab located near the main city list on the globe menu.

Aarggh! I just lost the whole of Easter Bunny Island. And there's only 4 days left on it.

And now I managed to lose all of my progress!

I'm sorry to hear that there was a loss of progress in Gummy Drop!. We definitely don't want players to have to start completely over when playing the game, so I would like to provide the steps for players to take when needing to receive assistance for missing or lost progress in this game.

I was able to talk with our Gummy Drop! Support Team and it sounds like there was a recent request sent to our Reps and that they have provided some starting steps to try to see if that progress can be restored quickly by signing back in to the email or account the progress was linked to. So, if those steps are unable to assist, be sure to get back in touch by directly replying to that recently received message, and our Reps will be sure to get back in touch as soon as they can to continue assisting with that progress.

For players that are seeing a loss of progress in their game, I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with your in-game User ID (if available), the model and type of device the issue occurred on, as well as the operating system for that device.
