Gummy Drop Lives

[Post New]by 8MCreek on Apr 16, 18 3:25 AM
When I run out of lives, I have to wait up to 12 hours before I have any new lives to play again. I have downloaded the game again but still have the same problem.
Am playing the game on an ipad.

You need to contact customer support for help on this one, but I will quote below, what I wrote to another post recently about the same issue. I hope this time they are able to help you, but if you read below, they were unable to help me but its still worth contacting them as they may have sorted something out since the issue was happening to me. It seems you are not the only one this is happening to right now.

I had that sort of thing happening to my game for simply ages, I put a heap of posts on the seniors thread over a long period of time reporting what was happening. in the end, after contacting customer support a few times and nothing whatsoever making any difference at all, it all suddenly and miraculously went back to normal when the update last came through for Buenos Aires. Hey presto, everything was working again. I followed their instructions to uninstall and then reinstall the game, did everything I could except update to the lastest IOS as my ipad is an ipad 3 and will no longer do new IOS updates, but that was not the issue anyway. If you are playing on mobile device, like ipad or iphone, shut it down completely, then reboot, it can often change and fix a glitch, but in my case, it did sometimes make the time stretch out even more, sometimes it lessened it. It all nearly drove me mad. Good luck. [/quote wrote:

Hi 8MCreek,

I'm sorry to hear there's been a longer-than-usual delay with lives refilling in the game. As OOo_jules_oOO mentioned, the best course is to reach out to our Gummy Drop! Support Team for assistance, as they have the best tools to both try to help and to investigate what could be causing something like this to happen. It would be really helpful to include your User ID in the email to our Support team, if it's available, as this further helps with the investigation process.

If there are other questions or concerns about this matter, please feel free to contact one of our active Moderators by PM. We're always happy to listen and offer whatever advice we can.

bfgArinelle
