I've been experiencing far more crashes over the past couple of weeks which suggests a problem with a recent update.
If you are losing progress it's a problem with synchronising back to the server - a problem which has been there for nearly 6 months now. I only ever play in Flight Mode now to avoid the problem. If you need to upload a new city, open the network after you have loaded GD. That certainly works for me.

Flowervalley: level 25/1 master you have to score a result of 3.000.000. It is not possible. I think that tthere is placed one 0 to much

And now for the 5th time it loose progress. I was playing and leave the tablet for a min to drink water, and its all gone. It doesnt make any sence to play at all..

In NO. IN asked for 15 Green gems in exchange for pinks. But it took all my green gems i.e.30. Can I have 15 Green gems back please.

Thank you for taking the time to report issues discovered while playing the mobile version of Gummy Drop!. I just wanted to provide some assistance as well as how to reach out to our Support Team should more assistance appear to be necessary.

Trudyplay, thank you for taking the time to discuss that specific level, Master 25, in the recent event city. I'm going to go ahead and let the teams behind the game know what you've experienced so that they are made aware of this score value likely being too high or not what was intended. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and I hope that this is investigated quickly.

It sounds like other players may have experienced either a progress loss or a loss of inventory and I'd like to provide the steps for how to receive additional assistance from our Support Team below.

For players that have lost progress or items in the game, I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with the in-game User ID for the lost progress and any new in-game User IDs on new devices if the reason progress was lost was due to needing a new device. It may also help to provide the type and model of device seeing the issue as well as what version of operating system it is running. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Just in case it is helpful, the following page contains steps for retrieving an User ID for this particular game:

What is my User ID?

If there is trouble entering that User ID in the form field to get in contact with the Support Team, go ahead and leave that field blank and instead include the ID in the body of your request. That will ensure our Reps have that information available should there be trouble using the form to input it. Thanks for understanding.

I need help. My game keeps either freezing, shutting down constantly and/or once I finally get the game up it immediately shuts down. I can't even go to the game to contact Customer Support. What do I do?

I was never connected to Facebook but accidentally hit the button. I was up to Seoul. Now that I've logged out of Facebook, it's starting me back to the beginning! How do I get all my levels back?!? I'm not making all those purchases again!

Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that after logging out of your Facebook account, your progress was lost. I believe I understand that you accidentally hit the button to connect to Facebook previously when you were in Seoul. If this is correct, go ahead and sign into your Gummy Drop! game with this information. You Seoul progress should then appear.

If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our Gummy Drop Support Team with your player ID and details of the issue. The Support Team has the appropriate tools to further assist. Just in case it's needed, I'll include a Big Fish Games Help page below:

Which info? I was never connected to Facebook and I just made the big fish account today! I have no idea what the passport number was before.

Hi, I'm playing Prague right now. Played through Level 40 but don't have the option to build the monument at that level. The outline is there, but no yellow construction icon. I click the outline and nothing happens. I've tried restarting my iPad and that doesn't work. Also checked for updates. I'm up to date on the app. I can send a screen shot if that helps.
