I believe I understand that when opening your Gummy Drop! game, progress is either lost or the game won't appear at all. Since we want you to be able to play your game and have all your progress, please reach out to our Gummy Drop Support Team with details of this issue. The Support Team has the appropriate tools to investigate this issue and assist. We apologize that that forums aren't equipped with these types of tools to provide in depth troubleshooting. Since the last update I've also lost resources at times and like Sybil have just lost over $1300 coins. I have never experienced this in all the other updates.

I play on an iPad and don't have a Facebook account, but I do have a player ID no. I can't remember how I found it and it may even be that Support helped me when I had problems before. It isn't essential to have a Facebook account linked -or at least it never used to be.

I'll check and come back if I have something helpful to suggest.

I'm so sorry that your resources have been lost since the latest update. I definitely want to make sure you receive help, too. Since the Moderation Team doesn't have the tools to investigate this, I'd recommend contacting out Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to help you resolve this.

I also want to assure you that it's not necessary to connect the game to a Facebook account in order to receive help from our Support Team. We encourage players to connect their game to a Facebook or Big Fish Games account because, if progress is ever lost, it can be restored by signing back into that account. We're also able to restore lost progress if a game is connected to one of those accounts (or, for Android players, a Google+ account works too).

Our help page about User IDs focuses on the identification number that appears to Facebook users, but writing from the email address associated with your Big Fish Games account will also allow the Support Team to locate your game.

Hello! I am having difficulty posting on the City Directory Forum pages.there is no blue button saying Create a New Discussion,nor is there a Reply button. All it lays is Locked in Yellow.
I have not used the forum for a while. Perhaps that is why?
Please help.

With respect to the toolbar disappearing (thus not being able to continue game play) when collecting resources from a completed city, here is the exact condition.

1) The city must be 100% complete.
2) Use the right side dropdown ("!") to locate the first resource
3) Collect the resources while the right side dropdown is open.
4) Use the right side dropdown to locate the second resource.
5) Collect the resources while the right side dropdown is open.

The toolbar will not return.

Here is a workaround. Follow steps 1) through 4) above. Close the right side dropdown prior to collecting the resources.

I hope that this helps the programmers fix the bug.

Ok he's my rant de jour. Shanghai level 21-3 is all I need to get the last bulldozer. I need 7000 bricks and there just aren't enough bricks falling down. Sometimes there are only 5 on the board. Even with several Z boosts, crossing bricks, the best I got was 1500 (15 bricks) short of 7000.

I've seen complaints about this level that date back two years. Its not about any strategy. If there are no bricks there isn't anything you can do. Any suggestions?

I had gone thru all the cities up to Manila. So i opened gummy drop this pm and its taking me back to Australia. If u have to start ovet. Im done. I tried to get my id from facebook, but according to the instructions to get user id#, i couldn't find a triangle in Facebook to go to settings so i could post to customer service. I love Gummy Drop.

Can someone please help me?

I didn't receive my 2 hours of infinite lives when I finished Everest ... not sure if I received the other gifts either .

Hello,
My Gummy Drop game somehow converted to the Getman language, but I din't speak a word of German. I cannot find any settings options which allow you to choose your language. Please help.

I just completed the Everest challenge and did not receive any of the rewards. I even spent 150 coins to keep playing the 5th level and not lose a life and have to start over! Now I have less than what I had going into the challenge..and no 2 hours of infinite lives..the app was more than happy to congratulate me for completing the challenge..but words won't keep me playing for 2 hours and pay me 100 coins...just saying..

Same problem with the Everest Challenge. Completed it (bought and used a set of shovels to complete top level) but received no rewards.
