I'm sorry to hear that the Wanderland game isn't running as properly as it should. It sounds like certain features with the quests aren't displaying or being credited. I am at level 57 and have not received any new quests for quite some time. I've read that letting tech support know may help. It says I have completed 418 quests. Please let me know what else you need to research this. Thanks.

It sounds like there was trouble with recently not receiving quests, despite being pretty far in Wanderland. Thank you for your answer. i have tried your solutions. But I'm sorry to say that they did not work. It even made the problems worse.

I had to reïnstal the game after running it as administrator, because the game did not start again after I exited it.
The reïnstalled game kept freezing (I am now left withe the Stone Flower), so I reïnstalled again.

The version I am now playing with is very slow. I think I have to try reïnstalling again, although I am afraid that the problems will only get bigger.

HI

My Player id is 128810 and i am at level 63, however, all the quests from Witches forest, alchemist and hot springs are still sleeping and despite continuing they never re-appear and I am only getting one new quest at a time now. Is there an issue with my account which is stopping the game from advancing?

I have contacted support about this, but posting it here too in case anyone has a solution.

I am at level 60 in the game. My ID for Wanderland game is 179912

1. not getting rewards for quests - this is a known problem I have seen multiple posts in the forum, but no solution. I didn't know until recently that I could log out and back in to fix this temporarily. I have missed rewards on many quests over the last month or more, because I didn't know to do this.
2. only one quest showing now - There have always been 4 but for several weeks I have had fewer and fewer.
3. can't progress - I have completed the first set of portals, and in the second set I have completed the Samarkand portal but 3 other portals have had no progression since around level 35 or 40. In the Alchemist I only have one scene unlocked, in the Witches Forest only 2.
4. note there are no error messages, and the game doesn't freeze or slow down.

I believe that due to the glitch (see #1) I have perhaps missed rewards that would have unlocked these areas I'd really like to finish the quests and the puzzles in the game so I hope you can help me.
I'd like a response from someone who is familiar with this particular game, and who can possibly restore some of the items I am missing. Worst case, I can restart the game, if you can tell me where the data file for my personal game is located so I can remove it. (Windows 10)

PurplePal1 and pudpdc, I'm sorry to hear that it seems like there is trouble with quests and portals in the game. Since both of these seem to indicate a moment where the game seems to be getting stuck or possibly not progressing as expected, I want to recommend a suggestion that can sometimes help in situations like this. What I recommend is seeing if running this specific game as an Administrator will provide the game the permissions it needs to run as smoothly as possible. Has anyone had any trouble with the spring that goes into the cabinet in the witches attic? I have put it in but I still have the spring.
Also I have used the ice cream on the Venus Fly traps, it got rid of them, the ice cream pot was placed on the floor but I still had it in my quests.
Also I went to the snow flies with it and the snow flies have gone but according to the little girl I still have that quest to do.
Then I went to finish off other quests and now I'm not getting any more but I still have the spring and ice cream.
Please can anybody help me?

Hi!
The game opens but I get a pop up saying "connection to the server is lost" over and over and over. Already restarted computer (PC), uninstaled and re-instaled the game. The problem is that I don't know my ID to call the tech support. How do I get it?
My name in the game is miramoon, if any of my friends sees this, please tell me my ID.
(It's kinda hilarious to ask for this! ) Thank you!

Hi quicatoo,

Your miramoon ID is 285924. I'm now having the same "connection to server is lost"
issue. It was working fine this morning. I am not having problems with any other bigfish on-line games so it is NOT my ISP. Hope it can be fixed.

Happy to report after a few hours of "connection to server is lost" message, I was able to get back into the game.

I left the pop up opened and went away for a bit. Now it's all back to normal, I guess. It could be on my part because I'm building up my friends list and sometimes it goes over 100. But I was hopping for the best and that it could also be an update coming up!
Hope never lose connection again.

I downloaded Wanderland a couple of weeks ago, everything worked great until I got to level 9. Now there are no walking bones turgs or any of the skeletons or ogres. What can I do to get them back? I can't progress in the game without them.
