"Out of moves" when the level was completed on the last move

This has happened 3 times to me so far. I complete a level on the last move, but I get the out of moves splash screen showing that all the requirements have been met, but I need to purchase more moves to get credit for finishing.
This is very annoying, and I'm tired of wasting gold to "finish" levels that have already been completed








Tried to include screenshots, hopefully it worked

I was replaying level 48 in Seoul. The second tier. on the last move I completed all the tasks but the game didn't register that I had. I have a screen print showing check marks for the three accomplished tasks but the message "so close".. but with the tasks all checked as complete. The upsetting thing is that I had to use multiple items to get it done and now I am out almost 300 gold coins worth of items. Is there an email address I can send the screen print to show?

Hi,
I was playing on the Budapest level. The game received an update today. I log in and all of my progress is lost on the globe. It starts me in sydney. I go to my passport, but it is accurate, showing all my stamps up to level 9 in budapest. I have all my travel vouchers. I have all my coins, I think.
I've tried logging all the way out and back in, no change and no luck. Please let me know how to solve this issue.

I've had this happen at least 4 or 5 times recently. Fortunately I've had enough coins, or extra moves, available to get round it. It has happened on various levels in a number of cities although I can't remember which.

I feel as if I inhabit a different planet. About 18 hours ago I saw a message on my Android tablet that an update was available for GD. I was slightly surprised because the game usually updates automatically. Anyway I downloaded and got a wonderful new version with a daily treasure chest reward, reorganized resource centers in Sydney, trial runs of boosts, a great new girl, the glitch repaired and the inane slogans gone. I was over the moon and still am, it is super!! But nobody else has this version... Did I get a beta version through some kind of glitch?

While the Forum Moderation Team hasn't received details of an update yet, as soon as we do have that information, we'll be certain to provide it as an announcement for our players.

Jhuscroft, I'm sorry to hear there seems to be a loss of some progress, such as where you last were. We definitely want you to have all of your progress, and I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with your User ID, and where approximately you last left off, including any in-game currency or resources that seem to be different. Our Reps will do their best to help out as quickly as possible.

I also wanted to thank all of our players who have reported the issue with the game not awarding a win after completing all objectives on the last move or at the last second. The teams behind the game are working hard to resolve this issue, and hopefully that update will come soon. Not a tech issue a much as a request. My Facebook page is a professional site. I have not connected my Gummy Drop play onto Facebook because I want to remain anonymous to my clients. It is just not professional. I am signed up with the Big Fish Games board.

After over 2 years of play, somehow I got "found" by Facebook, and am now connected, and no longer anonymous. I see, with the update, that one of my clients is apparently in Sydney. I fear there are more Facebook contacts who may also "find" me.

This Is concerning. Is there some way that I can be disconnected from Facebook and play Gummy Drop on my own time and not need to worry about a client "friending" me and asking for lives or resources? Please tell me I can continue with this game. I am in Vienna. I don't want to quit the game in order to preserve my work/client separation.

Btw, I do use a pseudonym and avatar for my Gummy identity. Does my Facebook "friend" see my actual Facebook picture and name, or my Gummy picture and name?

My connection to friends through Facebook has gone. The envelope won't open and I cannot receive or send gifts. Is this just a general problem being looked at or is it just me?

whoa! duh.. what happened to Sydney?? The cosmetic changes look nice and as I read the note after the sep 20 update, basically nothing should have changed. BUT... I had 3 resoutce centers in Sydney an now I have none !!!

Will I get them back???

uh-oh.. I just screwed myself. In a senior moment I read "get Free resources" and thought all I had to do was click to build the resource centers back again. Yeah, right. free resourcesm but I had to shell out coins to build them and they ain't even in the same place. gummy just robbed my account of about a 1000 coins.... pffffft

What happened to my resource centers in Sydney? They're all gone. I had 6 of them generating all three gummies in two resource centers each. Bring them back. I spent a lot of time and coins building those resource centers. Some were generating maximum gummies.

Sydney looks totally different. Not used to it yet but I definitely need the resource centers put back in Sydney. Rome resource center was unaffected though.

Only the resource centres in Sydney have changed. The total number has been reduced to 5 and, from what I have seen, when you assign the resource to be created at each one the centre will be partially or completely filled at no cost. Only if you had completed all of the centres on the previous version will they all be completed now. Hope that makes sense.

Trav3lbird: Others have been experiencing this same issue, and right now we're recommending that you write in to our Gummy Drop! Support Team. This issue requires greater investigation and troubleshooting than the Moderation Team can provide here in the forums. Please include your User ID with your inquiry.

Porjoe and Qltr89: While the number of Sydney resource marts has been cut in half, the rate in which they generate resources has been doubled - so resources production remains the same.

If you previously built or upgraded any Sydney resources marts, you've been credited with the appropriate number of new resource marts and/or upgrades (roughly one new building or upgrade for every two you had before). You'll also be able to choose again the resource produced at each new building.

In this case, go ahead and go through all of the resource marts appearing in Sydney to choose which resource you'd like to have generated. Once chosen, you'll be able to start collecting those resources right away!

Should any further troubles occur, please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide further help.

I didn't know the number of resource centers have been cut in half. There are 3 more that I cannot change without paying again. Only three resource centers were available for me to change; however, I was doing two of the same gummies back to back. Therefore, two of the yellow gummies and 1 blue are now being generated. If you would please reset one of the yellow gummies to pink I will be a happy camper. If you look at the amount of resources I have collected thus far you will see I was generating a lot prior to the change.

Much appreciate any help you can give me.

I have an issue with the latest issue to Sydney. I had resource points to give me blue hats. I paid to create these, but they are not showing in the new Sydney. So now, I cannot generate blue hats here, and I lost the coins that were spent. I would like a refund of those coins.

2 days ago I had over 4 Million bricks and several days before that I had Close to 6 million bricks, And a very large quantity of blue hats and pink gems have disappeared. Also, about 2 days ago, I spent the day sending resources to London and now there are hardly any of them left in London. Where did they all go??? Please help solve this problem. Thank You.

I'm so sorry that there have been troubles with the Resource Marts in Sydney since the update and that resources have also disappeared. I really want these matters to be resolved for you all and am swimming over to help with that.

Qltr89: Our Gummy Drop! Support Team will be happy to help you with the coins needed to rebuild those Resource Marts, so please contact them, making sure to include your User ID with that inquiry. They'll help you as soon as they're able.

Larainerenee: The number of Resource Marts in Sydney were cut in half with the most recent update, which is why the marts that generated blue hats aren't showing up. The good news is that the new Resource Marts will generate twice as many of their designated resources, so the production of resources will remain the same.

If you previously built or upgraded any Resource Marts in Sydney, the game was credited with the appropriate number of new Resource Marts, which can be rebuilt right away. You can also choose for these marts to generate a different type of resource. The Resource Marts should be able to be rebuilt without using coins, but if that's not the case, please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Please also include your User ID with your inquiry.

17jd: I want your resources to be restored to your game, and because this matter will require deeper investigation than can be conducted in this forum, I'd also recommend you reach out to our Support Team. Please include your User ID with your inquiry.

Reporting a minor bug: after building the final monument in Vladivostok, when I tap the shipping port in Sydney or Tokyo etc it tells me Abu Dhabi is coming soon, when it ought to say Santa Fe.

I assume this is an incorrect entry in a database, JSON, or similar file.
