I have an issue, today 8/31/17 I had a summon on one of my plots of land, I had 1,219,000 in silver (or there about) when I clicked on the summon I was supposed to get over 412,500 in silver, instead it deducted that amount from my total. Down to 835,000. Has this been happening a lot? I noticed it 2 days ago but thought I was imagening things.

Hello PrettiePaws,

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue about that summon. We definitely want players to be earning the proper rewards, and while I'm unsure exactly why that has occurred, we definitely would love to learn more about that issue that you've experienced.

I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team with specific details of what summon caused this issue and where it was placed, as well as what occurred when you noticed the loss of silver. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time and patience. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I am posting everywhere I can find:

I have lost my Dark Manor accounts
it happened last week
I got an email from Lilly on Friday saying she would help. No help yet
My current ID is: 3253315
My original account is Ethereal Forest and was at level 28 on last play
I only play at home on my laptop - no other devices (I could never get it to link to facebook)
I have a total of 12 accounts that were lost.

I am playing the current one out of desperation...I was not intending to create a 13th account.

Someone, somewhere please help me!!!!!

Hi ekaska,

Thank you for reaching out to our Customer Support Team. I was able to reach out to the Support Team and we thank you for your patience. The representative that you are working with will be with you as soon as possible. We apologize that the Moderation Team doesn't have the tools to provide assistance with this particular issue, and it is recommended to continue to work with Lilly.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.

Sure hope that you can help me.I run 2 sets of manors on my laptop. One under owner and one under USER. While in the USER game, the game froze and shut down.
I was in windows mode messaging friends and now I have lost Widescreen. The games says that the resolution does not allow for widescreen. I tried every resolution setting,
uninstalled and reinstalled but still same problem. The OWNER games are fine just the USER games are affected.I can play them but losing that much screen on a laptop is pitiful.Anything you can suggest or do?

Hello cora1012,

I'm sorry to hear that is happening and wanted to swim by real fast with some suggestions to try as well as how to reach out to our Support Team, should more assistance be necessary.

Since it sounds like the owner account for the laptop is able to play the game fine, what I want to recommend is giving the USER game Administrator permissions, as this may help resolve this issue. If you'd like to try that under the USER game, please see our article below:

Run Game as Administrator

I hope that is able to help out, but if not, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team with information regarding the manors affected and what is being seen as well as what steps you've already tried to resolve the issue. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience, and I hope this was able to help out. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

Thank you for your response. Before I got to try running in Admin. The Wide screen on toggle was back. I was then able to reset resolutions and get back the full screen.
So far so good. I done did learned heaps more about troubleshooting.
Thank you again for your time and assistance. You rock!!!

Thank you for those kind words cora1012,

I'm glad to hear that you were able to continue enjoying the game! If there are any further technical issues and our suggestions don't seem to help or the Big Fish Help Pages don't seem to assist, don't hesitate to contact our Technical Support Team with a description of what has occurred with the title of the game. Our Reps will be sure to follow up as soon as they are able.

Thanks for your time and that update! Please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators with any further questions. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I have 4 neighbors that have sent me gifts, but the game will not allow me to accept them. They show up as "greyed" out and clicking on them won't release them. Is there a solution to this?

This isn't a technical problem but some obscure game rule and pertains only to free energy gifts: If your total energy is 100 or more, you can't accept any free energy gifts until you bring it down to 100 minus the value of the gift(s) to be accepted.

I do not wish to make enemies here.

I have played your game before, and well your game appears to be broken.

When I say broken it appears too many objects in your Enigmas, Walkers, etc. are pay $0 for the object. Making it easy for players to advance in the game. How well you just place the object on the land and either leave it to gain juju units, or turn around and sell them for the coins of like $25,000.

I don't know if you have made them available on purpose like this or if it is an error.

Also, some of those items are supposed to be locked and only available to players if they purchase access to the BONUS scenes, which is what made them special.

So Hmmmm. . . . .

[Removed by Moderator]

I'm sorry I am guilty of taking advantage of these errors you all made, but well . . . . . . .

Hope you find this helpful.

Best regards,

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your experiences with Dark Manor: A Hidden Object Mystery on PC. Thank you for clarifying that energy question eli173. I hope that was able to clarify the concern provided teddybear885, but if not, don't hesitate to contact our Technical Support Team for further assistance.

McKentry, thank you for taking the time to let us know that you're seeing some odd issues with pricing in the game. I haven't been provided information regarding changes of this sort. Since I'm unsure at this time and haven't received details regarding a change to the PC version of the game, what I recommend is contacting our Technical Support Team with a description of what you are experiencing, such as what items seem to cost nothing and when this was first noticed.

If you're able to do so, please also provide a screenshot if possible of what you are seeing. This will help us better understand what might be happening and investigate faster. In any case, our Reps will be sure to follow up as soon as they are able to do so.

I also want to remind our players to do their best to be aware of and abide by the Forum Rules while making posts. Specifically, I'd like to remind of the following rule:

Keep posts family-friendly. Posts that contain defamatory, explicit, obscene, threatening, or offensive content will be removed.

We request players do their best to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere by not providing content that may be considered offensive or obscene. This helps everyone, no matter their background, feel comfortable to use our forums, and we appreciate players keeping this in mind while posting.

Thank you all for your time, and I hope this is helpful. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I have been playing DM for 4 years now. I just ran into something that isn't correct. I went to change my background to Holiday Scene, it shows Owned. But now I am being charged 5 gold again to use it. This has happened on 3 out of 4 manors. Can you look into this?

Also on the energy amount when you level up stops at 50. But if you get energy from logging into DM it can go higher. Now my problem with this is, we earned the energy from leveling up as we earn the energy for logging into DM. Why the difference?

Hello PrettiePaws and Gabbywhodares,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know this is happening with those items. We're not sure exactly why this seems to be happening and I wanted to swim by to provide the steps to get in touch with our Support Team so we can gather more information to look further into this.

Please contact our Technical Support Team with a description of the items that seem to have gone missing as well as any scenes that have required repaying for it despite having already purchased it. Our Reps will be sure to ask questions should they need further information and will follow up as soon as possible.

I have also given the right teams the content of these threads, so they can begin any investigations that may need to occur. Hopefully this can be resolved soon so that you won't be missing those items any longer. Thank you both for your time and patience regarding this issue. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

In regards to the post about the items you have removed from the free list. How can you just take something off because one disgruntled person mentions it? My question is 2 parts are you going to put them back (because it does help with newbies trying to clear land etc.) and are you going to put them back in the forsale list?

Now if I wrote a disparaging posting about how to run DM I am sure I would be censorted all over the place. Oh well

PrettiePaws im sorry to read that the free items were removed. im playing DM for 2,5 years and 2 of my manors needs slvr a lot. If they will be on forsale i dont know how it will work? if this game is free to play after a while u must buy gold to get your gameprogress, and it will take a lifetime to finish a manor!!! I dont know!
I helped so many newbies how things are going a little easier.
Good luck for us!!!
