I'm sorry to hear that there has been a loss of progress. We definitely want players to be able to restart from where they last left off in Gummy Drop! and I can absolutely provide the steps to take in this particular circumstance.

I recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team with a description of your original progress, including the city you were at, the specific level in that city, the average tier achieved on cities, resources approximately available in each city, any email address that was linked previously to the game, and the username that was used for that progress. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

I play this game every day, but on the “rewards” area, it never gets to day 30. It resets at around day 28. And I’m not kidding, I play every day, several times a day, and can’t figure out why the game won’t recognize day 30

The simplest way to solve the problem of day resetting on the Daily Reward is to revert to the old system where you had to search a city for the treasure chest. At least then the rewards tended to be something worth having.

 

No more Facebook friends

I’ve lost all my Facebook friends after losing WiFi for a few minutes earlier today. I deleted and reinstalled Gummy Drop! But I’m still not showing any friends. I’ve closed all my apps, rebooted, powered down....nothing works. Many of my friends have been experiencing similar issues with Facebook friends. Is gummy aware? And are they working on a solution?

I'm sorry your Gummy Drop! friends aren't appearing in the game. Friends can be seen when you've linked your game to a Facebook account, so let's double check whether the correct game is being accessed.

First, please sign out of the game. Then, please follow the steps in the help article below and sign back into Gummy Drop! by using your Facebook account credentials.

Lost progress

If this doesn't restore your friends, please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to continue troubleshooting this issue. Be sure to include the game's User ID with the inquiry.

I often use the "Watch a video" option on my iPad and often gain from it. However the advertisement for one of the games causes problems. "Toon Blast" appears and doesn't go away. There's no way to close it. Eventually it almost invariably closes down the game and I have to get back in. The last time this happened I was on step 4 in the Everest Challenge.
Of course I don't need action on my behalf, just wanted to pass on the information. The other ads mostly work ok.

For the second time I have completed the in game challenges and collected the items required to collect bonus rewards, the first one was the dog towards the end of Tokyo, I was required to collect 10 collars for a reward of emeralds, no reward was given even though by clicking on the dog it shows that all items have been collected, the second time is in San Fransisco towards the end where I had to collect 10 items for Rosie riveter, collected all items but no reward, supposed to be 150 coins.

The Marathon Challenge

I am in Berlin and the Marathon Challenge started at level 50. I have been unsuccessful in going past level 50, but have successfully got through level 50? I really needed to complete this challenge, but have no direction as how to? Please help?!?

After taking the survey that popped up a few minutes ago and saying how much I love this game, I go back and all of my coins are gone. I had saved over 500 and now I see it’s down to just 15. I restarted the game and stil only 15 coins. Is there anything that can be done?

merrybass: Marathon Challenges are completed by playing and winning the 10 levels with flags next to them. Once you've beaten all the marked levels, you win a period of unlimited play. Marathon Challenges appear in the furthest unlocked city unless you've built all of the cities' monuments or have less than 10 levels to complete in that city. Then, the Marathon Challenge might appear in the next city that is unlocked.

Well, that problem got worse, I eventually completely lost my game. Customer service was able to get it restored over a 6 day period. (Gummy support is awesome, btw) Starting yesterday, I stopped getting gifts from my friends, even though some of them verified that they sent lives.
Today, I logged out of Gummy Drops, Then logged back in. My game progress was there (whew...) but all of my friends are gone, and I’m not the only one this has happened to.

This is a very frustrating problem. Some of my other games are affected by a server outage, is this what’s happening to Gummy and or Facebook?

Please get this issue fixed.

Upon launch of Gummy Drop I'm prompted to download the latest game version. When I click update on Google Play Store, it downloads the update and attempts to install, but then I get the message "Free up space".

I have 1.8gb available on my device and 29.25gb available on my sd card, so this makes no sense.

I'm on Android version 4.4.2.

This could be a connection issue, so I'd recommend taking a look at the help article below for some suggestions. Even fast connections need to be refreshed once and a while, and following the steps that are outlined could fix this error.

Hi to whoever can help, I love this game and played it on Apple iPad but it's been about a week now and can't get it to work for me, it stated all over again and my progress is gone I was in Shanghai. Very sad because it was a lot of time spent to play and levels finish now start all over! I think there are two accounts but I am not computer smart and can't find old one! Can anyone help me

I'm sorry there's been trouble getting the game to work and that progress has been lost. First I'd like to provide a help article with some suggestions for how to get Gummy Drop! to run more smoothly.

Crashing, freezing, game won't open

If your game was connected to a Facebook or a Big Fish account, then restoring its progress to Shanghai will be easy, too. Please see the help article below how further instruction:

Lost progress

Don't worry if the game wasn't connected to one of those accounts, though! Our Gummy Drop! Support Team will be able to restore your progress if it wasn't. Please contact them and include a screenshot of your new game's Passport number. The help pages below explain how to take and send a screenshot, just in case.
