Hello Everyone,

I wanted to thank you all real fast for your patience while waiting on a response as well as for taking the time to report your experiences with the mobile version of Gummy Drop!. I just needed to swim by real fast to help with getting in touch with our Support Team as well as some clarification about where to send screenshots.

First, if you need to contact us with screenshots showing what you are experiencing, please do not post HTML, URLs, or images to our forums. This is against our Forum Rules, specifically the following:

HTML, links, and images are not allowed in the forums.

We do want to help further when issues arise, and since we are unable to gather those pictures and screenshots from the forums, we request that players with screenshots they would like to provide please do so to the appropriate Support Team for the game that is experiencing issues.

Googleeyes, CartoonEarthBoy2, and Jambo1234, thank you for your patience. It sounds like the best way to receive further help for the issues being experienced is to contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team with details of what you are experiencing, as well as the type and model of device the issue is being seen on. Our Reps will follow up as soon as they can to assist further.

If you are able to do so, also include your User ID. That will help with the associated profile being played on, or with restoring lost progress if there seems to have been a loss of progress or currency while playing.

Marathon levels won't open up

Hi there. My levels for the marathon game won't open when I click on them. The little flags are there but when I click on them they don't open. Thanks for your time.

Hello Steph1982b,

Welcome to the forums! Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you are experiencing when trying to participate in the Marathon Challenge. There could be a few reasons this is occurring:

1. If you are just about to build a monument in your current city, be sure to build this first, as this may keep the event levels from appearing correctly.
2. If you are within the last 10 levels within your current city (110-120 in most cases), the Marathon will not appear until you've opened up the first 10 levels of the next city in the game.

In what has been described, it's possible that a monument may need to be created before those levels can be accessed. If the above doesn't seem to match what you are experiencing and you are still unable to access those levels, please contact our Gummy Drop! as of today, gummy drop was slow to start, then it downloaded some update and i notice it runs some process in background called dispatcher service. Anyhow, me and my friend send lives and tickets to each other on daily basis, however after being able to send few lives today, now nothing happens whentrying to send more lives or requesting more lives, same problem occurs for my friend. if i click to send lives it just waits forever but it doesnt go through. also lives sent earlier dont show on inbox even we are both logged into face book in gummy drop. is there some problem on your server today?

Just to update, since last night I am unable to request or send lives or resources/scratch tickets to my facebook friends in gummy drop, if I try to send life the game just forever waits but never goes through, if I try to request it hangs and I have to usually restart the game, I have tried reinstall, i have tried relogin to facebook, etc I am logged into facebook and biggames in game, thats not the issue, my progress is properly saved and loaded, my friend also started to have this issue on her end as well. And its not just 1 specific fb friend, i cannot request or send lives to any of the fb friends in game since last night. I hope this can be fixed soon, this seemed to occur after some kind of download gummy drop performed, since then there is some background process dispatcher service that runs on my android tablet that did not run before, since then this problem started. my passport number is 9833f26c67ff4d1873e6cefee5a2329 . one other note the planes showing my friends new open houses or if beat my score in city no longer fly either even though i am logged to fb in game, something is badly broken since last night.

I play on an iPad and heve problems staying connected to fb. It turnsand turns for minutes and before I log out the game I always check if I’m still connected. Than I wait until there is a connection again before I close the game. Found out the bad way that all I had played was gone....
What can I change to stay connected to fb?
I’ In Miami, almost finished, so I’m not an inexperienced player.

Er kunnen geen levens meer gegeven worden. Tevens werkt het geven van cadeau's ook niet meer. Verder is er behoorlijke traagheid in het verbinden met facebook.

Alles wat gedaan kon worden is gedaan. Zoals laatste updates. Herinstallatie van het spel. Cache legen, en spel gegevens wissen. De laatste weken wordt het steeds lastiger om het spel behoorlijk te kunnen spelen.

Doe hier iets aan !!!

I have been wondering when something will be done about this. This is going to be 3rd now with this issue, in the past I would get lives from few of my facebook friends daily and also send lives to friends, same with scratch tickets, but now I can only play very little as none of the facebook features on gummy drop work at all anymore... My other friends all have same issue since thrs night. FACEBOOK features such as sending lives, requesting lives, sending resources, resquesting resources, requesting moves, sending scratch ticket, or even seeing ur friends beating ur high score on a city with flying plane DO NOT WORK SINCE THRS NIGHT. Its clear there is possibly issue with game communicating with facebook app or something along the way. Inviting friends no longer works either.

I’m in a Facebook group for Gummy Drop and there are dozens of people posting about this same problem. It got much worse since a recent update (I haven’t seen that update yet, and I’m not going to download it until these issues get fixed). Some have contacted Gummy support, but have gotten nowhere.

I hope Gummy Drop is aware that this is a huge issue that needs fixing ASAP

My GD (Android) updated again last night. As I wasn't experiencing major problems before I can't comment on whether this one has sorted the problems out.

I am in a gummy drop group with purple squirrel and he worded our concerns very well. I have been stressed by this game instead of being relaxed. Game freeze... coin loss... loss process on New York game when I logged out then back in. I cannot give or receive lives or give them out. I have sent 3 request to help, still waiting.

I can’t seem to receive any lives from friends or get requests for lives like I used to, this has been going on for the last few days. I have also connected to Facebook but there seems to be an issue, I have also checked with friends who are also having the same issues, seems to be an issue for a lot of people, please can You look into it. Thank you

Definitely issue with facebook and gummy drop, I understand its sunday, hopefully the team can tackle this during the week? Without being able to use facebook features such as lifes sending between friends find myself playing a lot less, since well me and bunch of friends cannot send tickets, resources, request etc.

I just wanted to drop in and let you know that the Gummy Drop! team is aware of the reported troubles with gifts in the game and they're hard at work on a fix for this as we speak.

Since last week i cannot send or receive lives. My phone just freezes and then i have to crash the game to get out of it. The rest of the game works fine and i can use it no problem i just cant send or receive lives. Can anyone help?
