Hints: Roll the dice, light up the bars according to the number. Roll the dice by clicking on the orange button in the middle of the screen.

I have the strategy guide and I've twice followed the instructions exactly. When I hit the mechanism for the red dice no coin comes out. ???

Then you probably haven't set the lines to the right level to match the number on each of the dice.

I don't get it.... The dice are always the same numbers: 4 and 1 and 3..How do we get the coins out. Also..the lady bug keeps running off the page. Is there a secret to the lady bug. I just gave up, but I want to know how to get the coins to roll out. Does the car or keyboard have any secrets?? Please help.

Thanks

roll the dice. above the dice are columns with slots of color and a button on the top of each. If a die says 2, then 2 color bars should be showing. If not, push the button on the top of the column until the correct number of color bars shows. once each is correct, I believe you get a coin. You need to get coins 3-4 times to complete that part of the puzzle. good luck.

I got the coins and it shows 3 music notes that look like a lower case d and I'm supposed to play the piano but I have no idea where these notes are on a piano. EEK can anybody tell me what piano key = d ??

I haven't played this game in a long time...but I remember this one! Being musical I think, like you, tried too hard. I remember getting frustrated, and just hit every key...I started at the bottom, and went up the scale. If all else you've tried fails, hope this helps...

LOL- I did the same thing- I've been reading music since I was 5 and nothing was working! I just started pounding the keys and Bingo!

Heheh...yea...afterwards I figured they had to make it easier for the majority, which I assume cannot read music...heh. I tried it again today to test out a few things...and I think you have to hit a certain number of keys...not necessarily every one of them. However I think it would've been cool if the notes on the staff really did correspond with the keyboard somehow...although there is no designated clef...but one could assume it'd be trebble clef since it's more wide spread than any other.

I matched the colours of the "sticky notes" to the colours of the keys - but the blue note corresponded to the car on top. It worked for me.

After reading your post AnnieP...I had to play the game again to get to the music room door puzzle...and I'm wondering if there's a difference in the games out there. Are you by chance from the UK? Only ask because of the way you spelled "colours"...and wondered if the UK version (if there is such a thing) is different than the US version? I mean...I really don't know if there is different versions or if there would even need to be (I'm kind of guessing not)...but it's just so odd...the way some of you talk about colors of the squares...and matching the colors to the keys... ...I do see there's a difference in color each note is on...as you say, "sticky notes"...however all the keys resembling piano keys are all the same white-ish color. The notes that represent typical "black notes" on a keyboard, are a glittery gold...and there isn't a blue note...but yes, the old car sitting on top of the keyboard is the same color blue. So...I tried hitting a white note first...then the blue car...then a yellow-ish note (one of the gold notes that take place of the typical black notes)...but those gold ones don't even push down...it just pushed a white one down instead...and after doing that...nothing happened. But again, once I hit about 8 keys...the door unlocked. While I'm not discrediting what you (and others) seem to say in how you solved the puzzle...I do find it odd how it can work for you that way...when it clearly doesn't for everyone, including myself. Interesting to say the least...........hmmmmm.........?!?
