I didn't get my mug either...and I"m ticked. I got the same response as others did .. that they had run out but I"d be put on a list to have it sent to me... I asked if I'd have it by Easter and she didn't know.... I didn't get a confirmation letter either but I do have a letter from one of the CS guys saying that I qualify.... so if need be I can forward that to them...
Damn.. I bought the 6 games.. and I want my mug... !!
Incidentally, I thought I was being extremely patient and understanding when I hadn't received my mug by Christmas.... .. now to find out that I probably won't ever receive my mug... absolutely enrages me.. ! I don't want somebody elses bloody mug...why should they give up theirs for me...? nor do I want a couple coupons in exchange... .. that hardly makes up for the disappointment.
So much for entering any BF contests... !! My mailing address hasn't changed.. the post card arrived just fine.... funny they have never lost my credit card number cause I'm sure getting billed every month...
I know , I know.. it's just a bloody mug.. and considering the worlds' circumstances this is hardly the worst thing that could happen to me... But you have no idea how much I was looking forward to it.. I even bought some games just to qualify.. !!
This too shall pass... but I tell ya... I'M NOT A HAPPY FISHIE....and I have a right to be pissed... !!!

Most of them have mugs and they are so nice they may even send you their own.

Look guys, I'm sure BFG will make good on their promise. Maybe they don't want to manufacture any more mugs because of the breakage problem. If Picman said that you will get something better then I believe him. They probably didn't realize how many they would new to begin with. It sounds like this was their first real big, successful promotion.
I received my mug broken and they replaced it. I have not used it yet and still have the box. IF someone would like mine, I too, will give it to you. I glued the broken one and use it on my desk as a catch all.

I was corrected by Mark the Marketing guy.
WE still have several boxes of Mugs. The old company fulfilling them is no longer doing so because the volume was so low, but for qualifying people that have not yet received their are now being shiped directly from BFG. (Hopefully packed better to prevent breakage). A few customer service folks were confused by the change (as was I).
So I stand corrected. Nothing has changed, if you still have not yet received you mug, contact customer service and you will get your mug. Be sure to verify your mailing address with customer service if you contact them.

Thanks, Picman! I just contacted Customer Service and verified my mailing address, so I'll be waiting by the mailbox. I'm only two miles east of you, so hopefully the wait won't be too long.

I received my mug all the way to South Africa..safe and sound..no breakages THANKYOU PICMAN and STAFF
PS..It actually arrived on my birthday January 19th.
