I haven't been able to load Bush **** 2 for a few days now. Instead of the game loading, this shows up : "The operation timed out."
I have a pretty fast internet connection. I use Google Chrome on a Windows 8 PC.
I tried clearing cookies and cache, but it's still the same.
The error happens only with Bush **** 2. I can play rooms of mystery & EBA without a problem.
Please find a solution for this.

No. It's the same problem. Only BW2 is acting this way.

In the case where refreshing your browser and or cache does not help I would send in a support ticket.

Anyone else having problems today? It started jamming on me, and now I can't even get on. My net is fine and I use chrome. Onle today with this issue

Well I guess this isn't a big technical issue, but it may be easy to fix. I have the Sonic Rod Fishing trinket. I have noticed that when I enable it, and I run out of bait, it does not offer up the Store to buy new bait. It continues to play like you were fishing with bait, but you could sit there for hours and nothing would happen - lol. If you click on the fishing circle, it just pulls you out of the current fishing circle. The bait counter continues to read zero. This is not a problem for me - I was just use to having the Store 'popup' if you had no bait left. Might be an easy problem to remedy in the script variable, or procedure call, or something.

Can't get on the multiple server (amacus islands) It offers to reconnect, but won't.

I logged on using Explorer today and would not connect to chat and then when I went to Amicus Island it says I am not connected to the multiplayer server I have been playing for a few months now and never had this issue; So I loaded Google Chrome since that is what it says it plays best on and the same issue is going on. Please help!

My problem is solved on it's own. It was a problem with my ISP I think.

For the first time the game is jamming up. I get "whackin' them Bushes" and it stays up for several minutes, then the bushes get whacked and a few items show up but my energy points are way too far down for the number of bushes whacked. Over 100 points and I am in Nate's 3rd quest, 3rd field.

Everything else on my server seems to function normally. I cleared the Cach and restarted the game several times.

Getting "Game failed to contact server" and "retrying request" messages, too.

me and everyone talking in chat have the same problems, always message" contact to server failed", can't whack a single bush or anything, only thing I can do is changing areas, but very slow also

I am having issues similar to those of "HorseDancer1". I am on the island right now and when I try to collect a second coconut I get a "retrying request" message. After a few minutes I then get a "game failed to contact server"

same problem here; it's taking minutes to whack bushes. the game has been pretty much unplayable all afternoon. is this going to be fixed soon?

Same problem.
Tried refreshing, clearing cache, etc. Taking a long time to load and if it does "request failed to contact server" appears after trying to whack a single bush.

Hi guys, there was an issue this morning on September 13th, we are working to fix the problem and apologize for the intermittent service and any inconvenience. Hopefully, it won't be too long to have everything cleared up.
