Ditto all this. I'm on Windows 8. Tried three times and I'm giving up, but I thought you should know.

I got an answer from tech support about having to wait for a update since the game will not run at all. It would be nice to have a game tested before releasing it and making it a featured game. There is no idea of a release date but everything they get will go to the developers for a fix.

I contacted BF tech issues and I did a whole heap of things and getting to the last step I was not able to send it to them BF said that there should be only 3 items that they wanted me so send them but when I was finding the files there was between 200 to 300 of them BF said that they would continue to look into the issue but it would of been easier if I was able to send the files. It me over half hour to follow the instruction as they were a bit vague and I am wondering if I will be able to get rid of the files if they ever get the game up and running

I'm in the same position as U tried to played the Casino game from my manager it was not there I could play online. I dont have a facebook account.

Hello..I have a question..I am playing.Gummy Drop on my kindle fire and I am currently in Barcelona..I have been playing all day and never really have any problems but tonight I went to buy more lives with the coins I currently have and it just closed down on me. I did and am able to get into all the other places and play with no problems but every time I hit Barcelona it had the hour glass as if it was loading like normal then just shuts down and closes. If there is anything I can do besides reinstalling and starting all over please let me know!!!! Thanks!


Update..it will let me in all my prior locations and when I click on the level to play..it also shuts down. So I'm unable to play at all.

I've been told the reason my gold chest did not give me my resources is because my e-mail can't link to your server. Why would you put out a game for the PC if it can't link

On the PC, how does one move around the playing field? I don't have touch screen on my PC. Finding the treasure chest, therefore, seems to be impossible. I play on the I Pad with touch screen and have no problems.

Berlin issue! Have passed level 110 in Berlin, today when attempting to open Berlin, game is kicking me out. Playing on an iPad, can still open all previously completed levels. Have completed all suggestions in help, have not contacted customer support yet.

I have tried to download it twice and installed it and get those same error messages. I use Windows Vista.

I contacted Tech team about the error messages at the beginning of this month. They said they are trying to sort it out, it is the 18th and I still can't play this game all I get is the same error message I got at the beginning. Does anyone know whether they are still trying to get the game working as I really would like to play it. Thanks for your help

I can see that a variety of issues have been posted here, so I'll do my best to address them in this post.

Unlike the mobile version, the PC version of the game isn't meant to link to an email address or social media account. You can find this and other PC-specific information listed in the thread below:

Gummy Drop! (PC) FAQ

However, this shouldn't affect your ability to collect resources from the treasure chest. If anyone is having trouble with receiving items from the treasure chest, do contact our Technical Support Team HERE.

In addition, I do see that several PC players mentioned an error that is preventing them from playing the game. Do know that the developers are closing in on a fix and that we hope to have it available for you soon.

I also see that some of the posts here are from players on mobile devices. Instead of posting here, I advise that you post these issues in the following thread instead:

As a general rule for mobile devices, do make sure that your game is linked to your social media account if you notice any loss of progress. If that doesn't work or if you're experiencing any other issue such as a crash or freeze, do contact our Technical Support Team with the email address that's linked to your account. A power outage occurred while I was playing gummy drop. Now the game won't start. I get an error saying initialization... game threw protobuf exceptions. I sent in a dr. felix report to get help but it's a 24-72 hour wait! Today is my day off to play. If anyone else had this happen to them and knows what to do, I would really appreciate a post. Thanks!

Hasn't the BF team come up with how to download this game on PC yet. I've sent Dr Felix and DxDiag reports but can't find an answer to the latter. I have windows vista.
