I contacted Customer Service as well but for a different issue. Everytime I clicked on the "Settings" button it would exit out of the game. The game ran fine albeit jumpy and jerky as though something running in the background was taking up resources but I have a dual processor with only antivirus running in the background. I got pretty sick of it but finished the game. I hope they do come out with a "fix" so I can replay it smoothly. It's a pretty cute game but frustration does seem to make it not so.

KEEP SENDING IN THOSE ISSUE REPORTS. Let's see if we can get a good game going on this.

Linda.

I just sent off an email to customer support. I am about half way thru and it just shuts off. I dont even get a message from BF asking if I want to play again. It doesnt go black, it just shuts off. Why arent these game better checked for these problems? This has happened 3 times before I quit for the nite.

They issued me a credit as I am not computer literate and can't go thru their instructions for them to look into your computer etc.
