I contacted customer service cos I'm still waiting for my mug too  They told me that they had run out, and that maybe I missed out by not responding soon enough to the confirmation email. I did email as soon as I got it, but they gave me a couple of complimentary game coupons in case I hadn't  So I still don't know if I'm gonna get a mug, specially as I'm in Australia

Something has to be done by  - They have to honor their promotion. You did your part by buying at least 6 games, now they have to uphold their end of the deal.
Customer Service should know this and not say they didn't know if they would be getting any more or not....Something has to be done on their part.....
They should at least send those who haven't received their MUG yet a postcard to tell you what is going on.

We had plenty of mugs.
We shipped out mugs the day they came in to ALL that qualified. Some had bad addresses and some got lost in the mail and some got broken, but in a recent survey over 99% of them had successfully received a mug. It has been 4 months and the number of replacements being sent our weekly for people contacting customer support out has dropped to close to zero (only a couple per week) and so they quit manufacturing them. If you did not get your mug you are in the unfortunate <1% but never fear, contact customer support as we can get you first in line for something better
Remember, we sent out over 50,000 mugs. If only 0.1% failed to get properly delivered (99.9% did eventually receive them), that would still be 50 people posting and it would feel like there was a major problem. Our Customer Support is tops and if you explain this post to them they will make you whole. Most of them have mugs and they are so nice they may even send you their own.

EDIT UPDATE We still have plenty of mugs. It appear the only difference is the few people who are contacting custoemr service are being packed and sent form BFG not from teh other company as the volume was so low. So EVERYONE who deserves a mug will get one.

Are we sure that was our picman who posted? Didn't sound like him at all. The picman we have come to know and love wouldn't agree that even 50 people out of 50,000 who complied with the rules of the promotion and didn't get what they were promised, would be ok. Our picman would somehow, someway, get those mugs to those who qualified for them. Especially those who verified their addresses and did everything properly.
I'm also having a problem with the fact that some who have contacted customer support about their missing mugs got free game coupons and others got nothing. That doesn't seem quite right either. At least one of the posters thus far has nothing for qualifying for the promotion but a headache and numerous talks with customer support.
Me thinks something is fishy.
BTW, I qualified for a magnet and received it, so I'm not complaining for myself, just fellow fishies in our pond.

yes I too am one,, that didn't get... I have 5email's in my file,, of confirming,, re; confirming,, then,, oop's sorry don't have any more,, Yes other member's are wonderful in saying here you can have mine,,,, that;s not the point!!!!! fish has too make good,, if you're going to do a promo,, & customer filled their obligation,, you need to fill you'res,,,, they sent me two coupons saying this is for the trouble  ..
PLEASE I'M NOT BASHING FISH,,,,,& Yes c/s did everything they could,,,I just don't think this is fair,,,
