Hi Everyone,

If there's trouble with getting Gummy Drop! Mobile to work correctly, we highly recommend going to Gummy Drop! Help. Using Gummy Drop! Help is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved.

In some cases, we can provide a known solution for technical issues in the Forums. In addition, some of our tech savvy pond residents may also swim by with good tips and suggestions. However, we're unable to provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. This is because the Forums are not well suited for the type of information-gathering and troubleshooting that's needed in order to correct issues of this nature.

Played San Francisco up till level 9 en it keeps asking me to connect to facebook....rewarding me with 500 coins. I finally do so ,and as before it goes on and on from facebook to the game...stops at facebook. Have to start the game again. Get so tired of that, so after playing 1 level in San francisco again,I decided to disconnect from facebook. And WTF ?? Al progress is gone.....have to start from 1 in Sidney %#^>€€<~}\~%£

G'day Monique,

It sounds like there may be some communication trouble between the device/game and Facebook, I see this in my game sometimes too. For me, closing the app and restarting the iPad helps, it may help for you as well.

Most importantly, I want to assure you that all of the progress, up to and including level 9 San Francisco should be linked to your Facebook account. Once you've restarted the device and launched the App, please tap the Facebook icon in the game to ensure that you're showing as signed in there.

If the game is showing you signed in and you're still at level 1 Sydney, please reach out to Customer Support with the following information and we'll do all we can to help.

1. The email address used to link the game
2. The type and model of your device
3. The version of iOS installed

Thnax for the reply....I restarted my ipad...did all you described, no luck.
It is a connect with Facebook problem, I think.
When I play" signed in " with my Bigfish account, ( another email) de progress is saved and can I continue in the level I finished.

every time I finish a level, the app throws control over to the web app (safari), with a page that says "you have already authorized Gummy Drop" in Facebook with cancel and ok buttons. Whichever button I click leaves that tab in the browser, leaving me with tons of tabs to close out. This is really starting to get annoying. How can I stop the call to Facebook when I'm already logged in?

Hi there HappyHarpo,

Sorry for the delay in my reply. I have had a similar experience in my game where safari opens to the Facebook screen.

This is something that is being worked on, but there is a way to work around this in the meantime. What has worked for me and others in the same position is installing the Facebook app on the device you're playing Gummy Drop!.

When the app loads it runs a quick check to see if all the necessary elements are in place and for some reason it believes that the Facebook connection hasn't been made - even though it has, multiple times. When the Facebook app is present, the check finds all that it is expecting to find and you're not taken to Safari.

Hi. Would like to start Gummy Drop over at the beginning. However each time I remove and re-install - I'm asked to connect to facebook and then it automatically resumes my previous game in Toyko. I'd like to start over completely - and still connect to facebook to save my (new) game and collect lottery prizes. How can I do this?

Since all the progress that was made is linked to your Facebook account, it may take some tinkering from our CS team to help get your game started over and still linked to Facebook.

Please reach out to Customer Support > and let us know the email address used to link the game to our servers, and we will look into this on our end.

I've uninstalled Facebook and reinstalled it and I still cannot log into facebook from gummy drop. It also will not load the gummy drop fb page when I do a search on facebook. please help!

the game is forever shutting down mostly just as I finish a level it causes me to lose my winnings and a valueable life. It now keeps putting up a sign saying there is a newer version mine was up dated in nov. I can not find one any newer am I wrong?

In addition to some great new features and a new city to explore it also addresses some of the crashing issues that users have been experiencing.

Where are game playing friends? I only get three to send to...no other option...invited one..she accepted, got a life from me but she never shows up. In Game Center, lots of friends play but none show up in my game. Been through all the setting issues...wtf folks, give a girl abreak! And...you need an add me page.

Welcome to the forums! I can definitely understand how confusing it is to see a lot of players in the Game Center, but not in your Friends.

It looks like the Friends aspect of the game is linked through Facebook, and not the Game Center. So if you have friends on Facebook who play, they'll automatically be listed in the game. However, Game Center friends will not.

Now, in regards to an "Add Me" page, I can definitely forward along that feedback We always love hearing what players would like to see in the game!

Hello,

I have just recently 2 days ago download ed this new game....I love it but today I go to play and all my yellow finished flags went to the beginning and has restarted from the beginning. I have spent money and many hours getting all yellow flags. Now I need a refund of money spent or return all my yellow flags and positions that I have earned and paid for. Please cause I really was enjoying this game and would like to continue playing.

Hey lad123,

I'm sorry to hear that your Gummy Drop! progress seems to have reset back to the beginning. I know just how upsetting this can be.

I want to assure you though that if you linked your game progress to Facebook, you'll still be able to get all of the progress back. But, if you'd still prefer to get a refund, you can certainly write in to our Customer Support team and they'll be able to help with this.

I recentely downloaded the update. After entering the game, I lost ALL progress I have made. Even though I was and still am connected to facebook, it did not save the progress and started me from level 13, but just basic level completion, not to the master levels of which I had. Please fix as I am not the only one with this issue.

I'm really sorry to see this happened! It's definitely not fun to see all that hard work disappear, and I would definitely recommend contacting Customer Support so they can work with you on this issue.

Please be sure to include the email address used to link the game through Facebook and the last level you were on before progress was lost.

My wife and I both downloaded to our android devices, both connected through Facebook. I can see her on my friends list in the game, but she can't see me. She's tried inviting me, I've tried inviting her, but nothing has worked. Any thoughts?

That's definitely odd to see

I did some checking through my own game, and it appears that if a friend hasn't yet reached the same level I'm about to play, they won't show on my Friends List for that level. However, if I go further back, more friends will show up, since more friends have reached that level. For example, on level 1 in Sydney, I have 20 friends listed, but only 8 on level 106.

I would recommend checking back on an earlier level that you've both played and see if she can see you on her list there. If you're still not showing up there, please feel free to contact Customer Support HERE, and one of our Reps will be happy to look into this with you
