Hello Kayakjo, ledylogol, and funyuns1,

Thank you all for your patience while waiting on a response. It sounds like there are some issues reported here that were experienced while playing Gummy Drop!. I definitely understand wanting to know where to get further assistance and I'd be happy to try and provide that today.

Kayakjo, it is true that some changes are in store for the Chests that players receive in the game. This feature is currently undergoing some changes and may be disabled for a time. If the Forum Moderation Team is provided further information regarding these changes, we'll be certain to provide them in the announcement regarding that update. Thank you for your patience in the meantime as those features get worked on!

ledylogol, and funyuns1, before I continue, welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear there's been trouble with the game. It sounds like there was a loss of progress in one instance and maybe some Facebook sign in trouble in the other. In these instances, I recommend getting in touch with our Gummy Drop! Support Team with your User ID and a description of what has occurred. Our Reps will follow up as soon as they can to help out further.

In the future, be sure to report and discuss technical issues such as these to the appropriate threads for them below:

Please post any TECH ISSUES for Gummy Drop! Mobile here!
Please post any TECH ISSUES for Gummy Drop! (PC) here!

Posting technical issues to the appropriate thread helps both the teams behind the game and forum moderators more accurately track and report the impacts of these issues. Furthermore, it also helps us all respond more rapidly to these reports. Thank you for helping us keep the forums as accessible as possible moving forward.

Thank you for your patience, and I hope this helps out. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I read the Rules & FAQ and I'm still having problems. Can't find the Create Discussion (or whatever it is called) to start a new thread, so had to reply here. I have a technical question but the link I found doesn't work. So I'm stuck. I'm playing on Windows 7. I can't load Barcelona - it says Download Error, please try again. I've tried multiple times, I've rebooted the computer. All the other cities opened fine, and Barcelona works on my Ipad, but not on the PC. Please help!

Hello TzrNPeg,

Before I start, I want to welcome you to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that the game is having trouble downloading Barecelona and that there has been trouble finding the "Create New Discussion" button. I can absolutely provide some assistance for both of these today, as well as how to reach out to our Support Team should more assistance be necessary.

First, to locate the "Create New Discussion" button, the first step is to visit the game forum you'd like to post under. For Gummy Drop!, it is as follows:

Gummy Drop! Forum

After going to the game forum's page, the "Create New Discussion" button should be located near the top of the page. If this is not available, please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing to our Support Team alongside information for that other error using the steps below.

For the Barecelona download issue, we would definitely like to investigate that further. Could you please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team with a screenshot of the error message being displayed along with your User ID for Gummy Drop!. Just in case it's helpful, the following page contains steps for taking a screenshot:

How do I take a screenshot? (Computer)

Also, just in case, the following article can assist players looking for that User ID to provide alongside their request:

What is my User ID?

Also, if there are further technical issues on the PC version of Gummy Drop!, please feel free to reply to the following designated thread for those reports:

Please post any TECH ISSUES for Gummy Drop! (PC) here!

Posting technical issues to the appropriate threads helps both the teams behind the game as well as moderators more accurately and quickly note the impact of player reported issues. It also helps both respond more rapidly.

Thank you for your patience. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I lost over 1000 coins overnight. This is not the first time that coins have disappeared, but it is the last! I've actually purchased coins, so as a paying customer, I'm really ticked. The game is fun, but losing coins is discouraging and makes me want to stop playing. Please correct this glitch in the game!

You need to build the drill which is close to,level 45 and then you can sell resources to buy the green gems in all the cities as you go along.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for your patience if you were waiting for a response. I just wanted to swim by to let players know how to receive additional assistance for issues encountered while playing Gummy Drop! as well as to thank players for providing support for players asking for help here.

Before I continue, I wanted to thank Crazymo1 for taking the time to provide us feedback on recent changes to the game's display and layout. While the Forum Moderation Team is unable to make in-game changes, we are able to pass this along to the teams behind those changes so they know what players are experiencing with those changes. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you Trav3lbird for helping Mrsl with where to find green gems in Tokyo. The Green Gem Drill near level 45 is definitely the spot to look for green gems. The Green Gem Drill allows players to spend extra bricks, gems, and hats to drill for a green gem. This is the easiest way to accumulate green gems.

If there seems to be a technical or purchasing issue within the game, you may be able to find some suggested steps to take by visiting our Gummy Drop! Help Pages. If those pages are unable to assist, or if players are missing currency or progress in the game, we recommend contacting our Gummy Drop! Support Team. Be sure to provide your User ID with your request as well as a description of what has occurred, and our Reps will follow up as quickly as they can. Thank you for your patience while working with our teams.

Thank you all as well for your time. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

Happy with the latest update giving you info on how much you have left of a puzzle so you can decide if it's worth it to spend coins/spin the wheel.

Thanks!!

Can someone help me please.
I have been playing Gummy Drops for the past few months. I had just reached Shanghai, in recent days.
Today, because two Gummy Drop icons appeared on my desktop, in endeavoring to remove one, I accidentally uninstalled the game. I immediately reinstated it, but I was returned to the beginning.
Can someone help me in returning me to Shanghai, please. It

Hello TrishIngalls,

Thanks for reaching out. I completely understand wanting some troubleshooting help and am here to provide answers.

When progress in the PC version of Gummy Drop! is lost, we don't have a way to restore it. The game's data is stored to the computer on which it's played, so we're unable to retrieve it when it disappears. I'm sorry I can provide more help with that.

If you'd like to continue playing the game on your PC and want to be able to save your progress, I would recommend playing Gummy Drop! through Facebook's Gameroom app. The Gameroom version of the game differs from the version saved to the PC because it allows players to take part in the Facebook social features. Since it's linked to Facebook, this version of the game can also have its progress restore and be played on mobile devices.

For more information, please see the help page below.

Play on Facebook Gameroom (Computer)

I'd also recommend posting future technical inquiries to the designated thread.

Please post any TECH ISSUES for Gummy Drop! (PC) here!

This ensures the Moderation Team will see all technical issues as quickly as possible and also helps keep the forum organized.

Thanks for your patience, and please don't hesitate to PM me or another of the active Moderators if further questions or concerns arise. We're here to help.

Hello bowbelle,

Welcome to the forums! You've come to the right place for help.

It sounds like a connection to Facebook has been lost. I want to ensure that you receive the best help possible. This matter will require further investigation, so due to the limitations of the tools available to us in the forums, I'm recommending you contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to restore your connection. Please include your User ID in the inquiry.

Thanks for your patience, and don't hesitate to PM me or another active Moderator if more questions arise. We're always glad to be of help.

Hi, not sure where to ask this, so I thought I would start here. Is it possible to suggest things to the makers of the game? I really wish the hats, jewels, and bricks we earn on the special things like the summer solstice area would be sent automatically to whatever our current city is when the special area closes. It's kind of annoying that we lose all that when the area closes.
Thanks,
Rona

Hello Ronasieberg,

Welcome to the forums! It totally makes sense to want to know where to send suggestions and feedback about a game. Feel free to provide your suggestions and feedback to a thread that seems appropriate, or if you're unsure, don't hesitate to create a new one by using the "Create a New Discussion" button near the top of the forum you'd like to talk in.

Also, don't hesitate to check our our Forum Rules and FAQ for any further questions about the forums specifically, such as how to post, what can be posted, and answers to other frequently asked questions about the forums. Also, if you're unsure where to post, you can always contact one of our active Moderators. Moderators will be happy to listen, take feedback to the appropriate teams, and assist with where to discuss topics for our games.

Feedback and suggestions are provided to the right teams for their follow up, that way they have player suggestions and feedback available when deciding future changes to the game. Thank you for providing us this particular feedback, I'll be sure to provide that to the right teams so they know what you'd like to see in a future update. If there are any further questions, please feel free to PM me or any of our other active Moderators. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

Hi Ronasieberg,

There is a thread called "Helpful Links for Gummy Drop" and in that thread there is a link to a thread started by the seniors who play this game called "Players Suggested Improvements to GD". You can check it out and add any of your own suggestions that have not already been mentioned. Hopefully the developers will listen and make some changes based on these very good suggestions.

The new update is horrible. It already takes too much time to ship resources. Please make your updates more user friendly instead of making the game less enjoyable.

Hello Mikewilmer,

Thanks for reaching out and providing some feedback about the new update. It sounds like the zoom feature and the time it takes to ship resources make for a less than stellar playing experience. While the Moderation Team isn't involved in making changes to a game, I will absolutely pass this feedback along to the people who develop the game.

The Moderation Team is always here to listen or to help, so please PM one of the other active Moderators or me if further questions arise. Until then, happy gaming.
