Store has not been working for past few hours! I can't buy more lives or even ask friends for lives, and then the game crashed in the middle of a very good board configuration (I was doing really well before it crashed) Can you fix this soon please!?
And I did not get the digger boost I won in a treasure chest.

Hi, here's a bug:

San Francisco, levels 101 to 110, you need to get items to give a woman in order to get 150 coins. First time the message appeared, it said she would give me 3'000 coins (not a big issue, but worth mentioning for the devs, because of the disappointment you get when you realize it was too good to be true ).
The problem is that I have all 10 items, but I didn't get the coins.

The message still shows instead of rewarding. It says:
10/10
Find the objects and win
150 coins

I'm on a pc, win 7. Hope this helps the devs, thanks for a great game !

Is there any way to adjust the screen resolution for this game without having to reset my whole computer? The things are so large that they're fuzzy, even in windowed mode. (And I have lousy eyesight...but the fuzziness is worse than the squinting I have to do in other games!)

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to pop in here and do my best to address the new posts in this thread.

liawriter, I'm so sorry to hear that the game crashed during play and there is some trouble with the store. It may be helpful to look at the following help article:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

If you are still experiencing the crashing issues and store issues, please contact our Technical Support Team. They can help offer any troubleshooting steps they have.

Arachnea, looking at the woman you are referring to, she does give 150 cards. It is definitely interesting that she is stating she will give more inventory. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team with a screenshot so that we can bring this to the attention of the appropriate team.

ekstra2000,
it is recommended to contact our Technical Support Team so that they can offer other steps to try and get the screen resolution just right for the game.

I hope this helps! Happy gaming everyone!

Hi, love the game but I've had issues.
I am currently in San Francisco trying to beat level 108. In the gaming forum it was suggested that you use extra lightning bolts and line boost. When I used them I only received one line boast and two lightning bolts. Three of each is the normal allotment. This is very frustrating as apparently we need extra help for this level but to purchase coins and then get the boost and not get what I paid for is frustrating and I think a bit deceitful.
Please offer up a reason for this and if its the fluke I would at least like to get my lightning bolts back.
Respectfully sistar Simone

Hi xogmaluvsu3xo and siStarSimone,

I'm so sorry to hear that either error message 900 is appearing or there is some trouble with the inventory within the game. I definitely know how frustrating both of these issues can be.

xogmaluvsu3xo, it may be helpful to look at the following help article to ensure that everything is up to date with the Big Fish Games App:

Errors 760, 900, and 257700

siStarSimone, please reach out to our Customer Support Teamso that they can look into the missing boosts on your account.

I hope this helps!

When I open any treasure chest and the reward is a coin pack, where can I collect the coins. They do not add to my current balance.

I have not received money prizes from the daily tasks. This has now happened twice the first time I should have 300 coins and this time I should have 200 coins, but I have not received the coins. How do I get them?

Hi MaguroMam and Pistie,

I'm sorry to hear that inventory isn't crediting correctly to your account from either the treasure chest or the daily tasks. I definitely understand wanting to look into this.

When the treasure chest is opened MaguroMam, the coins should automatically be added to your account. If you find that it isn't crediting your account like it should, please reach out to our Customer Support Team so that they can look into this for you.

Pistie, I'm sorry to hear that the coins aren't being received into your account as well. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team. They are always willing to help in any way that they can!

I hope this helps! Feel free to PM any of the moderators if you have any questions.

sections of screen turning black

[Post New]by Eponia on Jul 14, 15 11:27 PM
I have been having an issue when playing the Tokyo board. Sections of the screen randomly go dark. Large sections are obscured by multiple black squares. If this happens inside a level, the black squares carry on when I exit to the world map and to the exit screen, blocking the close game icon. I then have no choice but to close the game through task manager. The game is fine on reopening until the next black out. It is very random and not to specific levels.

I'm on level 90 in Sydney. I can't move any further until I build the police museum. I'm short on the blue caps but every time I get near 130,000, (It calls for 134,000) it drops back down to anywhere from 123,000 to 125,000.

Edited to add that now I'm down to 118,000.

I can't complete the architect level of Paris 95, because no souvenirs ever show up. I've tried the level many times.

Aloha Waimea;

My issue with Gummy Drop is that it dos not always acknowledge the sore. I over the goal for the position and it end the game with "you ran out of moves." Not true as I have more than the goal score. It;s a great game for multi-taskers or ADHD as you can only play so long at a time. Still working on Sydney. Also very child friendly and there's not many of those games around.

When you fail to complete a game, a list will come up of what you were supposed to do...there will be a red mark next to the thing(s) you failed to do, like not get enough hats or not earn the total points needed

There was more to this message, but hope this is enough to id it since I can't paste and copy it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The program has ran fine until today and I really want this game back! I had gotten to Paris 83 or 84 and have been enjoying it a lot.

Level 8-1 in San Francisco gets to a point where the gummies just flow in at the top and out at the bottom never stopping. I let it go on for 5 minutes to make sure it was unstoppable and then left the level, wasting a life.

Hi,

Same here, but before the architect level. I could do the first without problem, but on the "stagiaire" (trainee) level, there are no souvenirs appearing.
