Same here. Since restarting didn't change anything, I deleted the profile and started anew. However, I didn't get very far. The puzzle in the box you get in the carriage (when going to the queen) isn't reacting to clicks at all.

I played completely through the game with no problems on Win 7 64 bit system. When the main game was finished and running credits it would not let me X to main menu and I had to force shut down on my computer. Not a good thing.

Aaagh!

Cursor isn't working properly. I've had to end the game through Task Manager twice because I couldn't click on the close item button, and couldn't activate the menu. The first HO scene was agony!

Win7, 64bit.

I downloaded the game and when I went to open it in game manager, it wouldn't install and started downloading again with a message that it was updating the game and I would have to wait for the update to finish in order to play. Does that mean they have fixed all these issues? I am waiting for the download to finish to see what the deal is. Hopefully not another issue.

Playing on a Mac with OS X 10.9.5.

Have played through to the HOP where you have to dress the three angels and one of the dresses, I think it's the blue one, has disappeared and the hint button doesn't work. Also, messages that cue in that HOP are incorrect, telling you to color the one dress with moss, when you're hovering in an area that has wine.

Uninstalled and now it won't reinstall. I'm in Germany and sometimes it's slow and times out before installation, so don't know if it's a speed problem or if the game has been pulled.

I've had numerous problems with the sound making a static noise when going between scenes, as well as white lines visible around active areas.

This is a really fun and engaging game and it would be terrible if this game isn't fixed. I'm tired of refunds and would like to see the game fixed for Mac.

ETA: I got it to reinstall and the dress is still missing and I can't proceed.

Like everyone else, or most of us, I too cannot open the game at all. I think I did everything I could think of to do. Now, having said that, my complaint is that I REALLY want to play this game. It sounds like its great and has all my favorites like morphing items, puzzles within puzzles. Thank you for giving me a code to redeem another CE, that's great and all but doesn't solve the problem. I haven't read anywhere whether this game will eventually (time frame) be fixed or is it headed for the scrap pile? I would really like an answer to that question so if you all could share it that would be great. Looking forward to playing the game in the not to distant future (I hope).

I cant get the game to run. I cant get past the game manager. I bought the game today and I would like to play or get my money refunded. I have installed, uninstalled, and installed again. Cant get it to open. Cant get past the ".....play with no time limits." Help

Have the same problem with game manager. Contacted BFG got fast response . with suggestions, none worked. Will wait and see.

As many different tech issues there are with trying to download and play this game I don't believe it was even Beta tested! Ran into the first problem choosing game difficulty and that wouldn't work until I didn't change the game cursor. Then the game locked and even Task Manager wouldn't run so I had to force shut down. When I opened up the game again it let me play but the mouse didn't work right . The hint button wouldn't work most of the time. The glints didn't work except on the HOPs. I can't believe I actually played it until the demo ended, except that I'm stubborn and I was really interested in this particular game.

Shame on BFG - the game glitches are getting worse each new game that comes out. You do realize that you're going to lose your buying public if you don't TEST these games before you put them up for sale??!! We're not your guinea pigs, we are loyal customers who spend our money at your site. I no longer purchase any game from you until I check the game blog to see if there are any issues first. Pretty pathetic. Although BFG is good about giving out game credits if you have problems, that doesn't make up for the problems we're all having with your games. There are other websites to purchase from, and they have good games too.

Can't get the drawers to open in very first HOP. Very awkward programming. Letter just disappeared! Am I just stupid or is this fixable?

Windows 7 64-bit. Game ran smoothly for me, but the hint/skip button became unavailable after about 40 minutes of play.

Is there a patch or fix on the way? I'd like to play this game but will not buy after reading these issues as I'm on Windows 8 and likely to have the same. Anybody? Bueller?

I had tech issue as well, the game freeze on a Hos scene, and i had to get out the game and start it again, it worked, but than again in another puzzle toward the end, it got stuck again, si I decided to skipped it, I kept playing and suddenly I realized that the SG ended way before, (Iwas looking for the achviements) but there are any in the game, well not big issue, but I found the game, overall, quite boring, didn't grab me at all, thou I must say, the art work is very beautiful, and the story interesting, not buy for me!

I'm in the scene with the dolls. When I dipped one dress into the moss to get a green dress, the last two dresses combined, and I was unable to continue.

I'll try restarting from the beginning tomorrow, but very disappointing as I know I was getting close to the end.

My game is frozen as well and I cannot even uninstall it because it does not let me shut it down. My computer is in excellent condition. I need help. How do I uninstall this game so I can continue with other things. Have shut computer down 4 times, does not do a thing. HELP!!!!!!!!
