Does anyone have any tips for this level. I really could use the green gems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

They definitely do not give us enough red hearts. Make sure you have enough gold to buy shovels. Break the diamonds below the souvenirs. Play some first so you can save the shovels for the last moves.

Level 16 is impossible to figure out and it has basically ruined the game. I've tried all the tips and nothing has worked. Unless someone has a solution I'm done with this game.

This has been discussed on page 1 of this thread, where there's also a link to one of several more threads on the same subject. Here's one more post:

That level has a glitch. To get through, you must first clear the central column with the chains to allow the souvenirs to drop there. This can be done by:

1. Using a WATERFALL boost on your FIRST MOVE. Or,

2. Using 6 SHOVELS, ONE AFTER THE OTHER. Start on the top chain.

Do not make any other moves before the ones suggested above. If you do, the souvenirs will drop in other columns and you will not be able to move them.

After the souvenitrs drop you can work on the score as usual.

Good luck!

Hi castleb,

This is definitely a tricky level, and those stickers can be tricky because they keep coming back until the bottom layer is cleared. To help with this try to create as many Combo, Line, and Lightning Blast boosts as you can. Combining any of these boosts is the most effective with clearing many stickers at once, and can even lead to combos which are also helpful. The most powerful combination is two Lightning Blast boosts, as this will clear an entire layer of stickers from your board. However, the stickers can still come back if the final layer isn't cleared within a few moves.

Cheers,

New Orleans is ridiculous! Unless you spend weeks slowly shipping resources from other countries or amassing thousands of coins there is no way to proceed. Replaying levels here doesn't help either. They all give bricks and I need hats. Does anyone have any tips? It is frustrating to have thousands of resources in other countries and not be able to transfer them quickly!

I am stuck here. There is not enough time and the sand covers gummies too fast.
Can anyone help? I can't think how to approach this one. Do I have to keep buying extra time? Is it a necessary level? It may give blue hats?

This is one of the few levels where I had to use rain clouds- three of them, no less!!! At the end of the side street there's a direct deal, not a Helping Hand Level, but I don't remember what the resources were. No level is necessary, you can always ship, if you have the patience. I don't.

Do not despair! I have played all PC content (up to Shanghai) shipping or replaying levels for resources only rarely. I mostly buy the HH cards or complete the 10-item mission if I have to. The coins required are not that difficult to earn and I never had more than 1000 at a time, usually much less! What I do find extremely annoying is that a large number of all levels are diabolically difficult to pass and many require boosts. This makes me really upset sometimes. After i finished Shanghai I restarted from Sydney, replaying all side streets to Master to amass coins while waiting for an update, and they are even more difficult than the regular ones! I'm leaving more and more unfinished because they are imposible without boosts- and I'm still in Rome's side streets!

Thanks Eli173. I am now replaying old levels at architect and master levels to amass more coins to buy rain storms. I don't like having to use boosts but can see no other way for this one.
I will be here in NO for ages!
The boosts are very expensive.

I don't like buying boosts either, and I agree that they are all very expensive compared to the coins we can earn, except for the good old shovels- and even those can be used only sparingly! But I couldn't pass this level any other way. If you are not in a hurry you can try playing the Daily Event for a few days, it's very probable that you will be awarded 2 Rain Clouds soon, as it's one of the boosts awarded frequently- provided you can complete the DE without the need of boosts, that is! Good luck.

Thanks eli173. I will take your advice and do the daily tasks. I had just won today's gold but by mistake pressed tick and inadvertently purchased more moves! I am so cross with myself.i just need about 100 coins now.keep fingers crossed for me!

Thank you Eli, the shovels did the trick

I didn't want to post in these new threads until they add the links to existing threads. As I said before, posting like this will result again in numerous repetitive posts that will defeat the whole purpose. New posts should be really new, with questions that have not been addressed before. It will also help if both the question and the answer include the name of the level in bold letters.

So NEW ORLEANS (NOLA) 16:

This level has a bug that was reportedly fixed but was not, at least not for me and many others. Making matches will not work. If you make one match and then see souvenirs falling anywhere else than in the center column, then you have the bug.

You have to use immediately UPON ENTERING THE LEVEL either a waterfall or 6 shovels one right after the other. Before you lose more lives, please read the thread Gummy Drop- New Orleans game 16- I have written there extensively about this issue. You can find this and other threads on this level by doing a search (window to the right of this post): just type "New Orleans 16" as keywords.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to stop in to provide some help for the levels being discussed here.

It sounds like there are some questions about getting past level 32-2, and I can absolutely see why. It took me a few tries to get through this level, and what I found most helpful was to focus on creating Lightning Boosts, bomb blasts, and line blasts to get rid of large amounts gummies so the souvenirs could move down the column as quickly as possible. This also helped to clear away the sand that appeared so that I didn't get boxed in.

Mangoban, I can definitely see how Level 42-3 can give some trouble. In this level, the color-filling gummies that appear can be a big help. To fill these, just make matches alongside them with the same colored gummies. When they're filled, they'll clear rows horizontally and vertically, and can be a big help in clearing out those stickies. I recommend trying to make matches alongside the stickies until one of the color-filling gummies appears, and then concentrating on setting it off alongside the stickies. This will help to clear them away in order to get those souvenirs to the bottom.

I also understand that some have been seeing glitches in Level 16, and I'm very sorry to hear it. If anyone is seeing a problem in the layout of a level, or is having trouble getting through a level, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team with the email address associated with the account. Our Reps are always happy to help, and can gather information on possible glitches or issues in order to report them to the appropriate team.

I hope this helped! If anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM one of our Moderators.
