Hi All,

I wanted to stop in to provide some help and info for the issues that some players have encountered in the game.

gryphon5, I'm sorry to hear that there's been some trouble sending gifts in the game. If you're trying to open someone's wish list to send a gift and there's no arrow icon near their name it's likely that they don't currently have any items on their wish list.

However, if the game isn't responding when selecting that arrow our help articles may be able to assist. I went ahead and included one below that contains steps that can be useful when a function in a game isn't working properly, and I suggest giving the steps in it a try:

Crashing, Freezing, Game Won't Open (Computer)

lawse1, I'm glad to hear that your friend list is appearing in the game again! If anyone else see's friends in the game disappear I encourage trying to close and re-open the game, or restarting the device. Doing this can help make sure that everything loads properly in the game.

sweetssue, I understand that you'd like to move your game over to the new PC you have. In this situation, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team with your original player ID and the ID showing up on the new computer. The Moderation Team would like to be able to help here, however the forums unfortunately don't contain the tools we'd need to do so. While this is the case, our Reps are able to offer customized assistance, and they'll definitely be happy to help.

Additionally, if anyone is coming across a persisting tech issue, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team with that ID and a Dr. Felix Report. I recently had my hard drive die but thanks to Customer Support got my game back.
However it is now running in slow motion and very jerky. Not sure if it is my computer or a problem with the game itself. Tried e-mailing the person who had retrieved my game but was informed there was now a new help site and none of the options really fit my problem and I don't see anywhere to submit a new ticket. Please help!

the dragon has 4 quests but keeps telling me to wait for the update, I cant get the last piece for the book until I complete the dragons quests, I am on pc. it says "the dragon will reveal the truth in a future update"

An incident report was raised on 14th February as I have had issues with the game since the update. Nothing that the Technical Support advised me to do worked so the matter was supposed to be passed on to the Developers on Thursday. I received an email to which I replied. It seems that there is a new system in place. I have given some details but surely I do not have to start from the beginning. I have given the original incident report number for them to look at.

Just received an other email to say that they are dealing with the queries on a first come, first served basis.

Not satisfactory when my issues go back to 14th Feb. No very good customer service in my view. Expected better from BFG

It sounds like there are some questions coming up here, and I wanted to stop in with some help and information.

Shirleygames, I'm sorry to hear that Midnight Castle has been running slowly on your computer, and I understand you've been trying to get in touch with our Support Team about this. As you mentioned, our Reps recently moved over to a new help site, and if people are still encountering technical issues we recommend getting in touch with the Midnight Castle Support Team HERE.

Users can access the form to contact the Support Team from that page by just clicking Contact Customer Support and then Submit a request. To make things a little easier I've included a link below directly to that Support Team contact form:

rosicol, it sounds like you have a couple active quests, but the Dragon isn't letting you move forward. When a character prompts you to wait for an additional update this indicates that you've reached the end of all available content in the game. Though I'd like to be able to provide specific information on when new content will be added, the Forum Moderation Team unfortunately doesn't receive that sort of info ahead of time. However, I can assure you that the Midnight Castle team is hard at work at additional story for the game, and the Moderation Team will be sure to post to the following thread when any new updates are released:

I would imagine by now that the vastly increased number of views of some of the more popular threads has been noticed.
Is this a temporary glitch?
"Some of us" are interested in the number of views as it encourages us to continue with the thread we subscribe to!

when I start game from desktop- works ,
but in my game manager MC is in waiting to activate, and when I try to activate , game manager wont me to sign in, when I do that some kind off error is pop up..... I try to reinstall the game manager but again the same....

I'm sorry to hear that Midnight Castle isn't opening from the Big Fish Games app correctly. It sounds like an error is appearing when you go to sign in.

Depending on the specific error that's occurring, there are some different troubleshooting steps that may be useful in addressing the situation. I suggest checking out the following in order to locate the error code that you're seeing, and then following the suggested steps in that particular error's help article:

Error Codes in Big Fish Games App

If the problem continues the Forum Moderation Team recommends getting in touch with our Midnight Castle Support Team and including your player ID, a Dr. Felix Report, and a screenshot of the error that's popping up. Our Reps can then use that information to provide further assistance, and they're happy to help. Steps for locating that ID and for taking a screenshot can be found on that Midnight Castle Support Team page.

I cannot for the life of me find where to add friends. I connected Facebook, but then after that, they screen is gone. Please help,I even downloaded all the content. I'm frustrated

There appear to be numerous problems with the latest update (3/13/17). First, the blacksmith is missing his head. Second, numerous scenes appear to be washed out, i.e., the color is not as deep as before or the scenes are not as dark. Last, in most of the scenes, especially the ones changed since this update, the cursor appears to be slightly sluggish in movement as well as objects, such as the flowers, etc.

The developers should test these updates before putting them out, so they don't have to go back an fix issues and then do a fix update.

Yes... the Blacksmith has been "Beheaded"! I've noticed this for quite a few players. As for the scenes being "washed out". This may have been done intentionally... after all, you are in a fairy tale land... so the scenes look like a dreamland. I have no problems with that. And the cursor.... I've noticed that the more they add to this game, the more problems I also had with the sluggishness. I had to go in and change my settings to turn off the game cursor and just use the computer cursor. It takes a bit getting used to, but most of the sluggishness disappears. I did report this sometime back, but nothings been fixed yet.

Not sure what defines technical issue but there's a new thing happening with the puzzle. Prior to the update, the scroll bar stayed in place. For example, chose an item on page 4 and it remained on page 4 so it was easy to move on to the next page.

Now, as soon as an item is selected, it reverts back to page 1. It's a bit time consuming if you select a reward on page 40 and the next item is on page 49. It would be easy to go from 40 to 49 but now we have to start on page 1 and scroll all the way over to 49.

Just thought I'd mention it.
