Hello Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to report issues being experienced as well as for swimming by to help one another out. It sounds like there are a few issues here and I wanted to drop by real fast to provide some suggestions as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance be necessary.

Knim, it sounds like there was a loss of progress. I'm sorry to hear that's happened. We definitely want our players to be able to start back up where they last left off, and what I want to recommend is contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with the original progress' Friend Code, the Friend Code your PC is currently displaying, and the approximate totals for how many coins, diamonds, pets, and avatars that progress had. Our Reps will follow up as soon as they can to continue helping out.

Just in case players are unsure where to retrieve their current in-game Friend Code, the following page should help with it:

What is my Friend Code?

If you do not have the original Friend Code, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about that original progress so our Reps can use that to restore progress using the tools they have available. Thank you for your patience while working with our teams.

peachbee1, I'm sorry to hear there's been trouble using our contact form to reach out to our Midnight Castle Support Team. There are a few reasons this may be happening and I wanted to provide some suggestions that may help.

The first thing I recommend is seeing if using a different browser in the Kindle instead of the one it is currently using may help with getting a message through using our contact us form. Sometimes, using a different browser on the device can get around issues when one fails.

If another browser on the Kindle device is unable to get the form to work as expected, then it may be helpful to instead use a computer to try to get in touch with us. Using a PC and the associated web browser should allow you to use that contact us form more effectively. If you are still unable to get in touch with our teams using the contact us form, then please don't hesitate to contact any of our active Moderators via PM. We're happy to follow up and help as best we can.

I did the five part daily quest about three times and haven't gotten credit for it in the DQ.

Have a question regarding the newest Castle Challenge. I have completed a five part quest twice and the computer is not logging it and allowing me to move on. Any suggestions? This is kind of irritating.

Hello Dragonlady12 and usnrangus,

It sounds like there has been trouble with a specific task in the Castle Challenge. I wanted to swim by real fast to provide some clarification that may help with the Castle Challenge progress as well as how to contact our Support Team if more assistance proves to be necessary.

While playing through and completing tasks for the Castle Challenge, only the active challenge will earn progress. Players may be able to see future days but progress will not count towards revealed tasks until it is the active task. If the 5 part Daily Quest task is not the currently active task, this may be why completing a 5 part Daily Quest was unable to provide progress for that task and I recommend completing previous tasks until this one becomes active.

If this task is active and completing a 5 part DQ did not count as progress, we definitely would like to investigate the issue further since that shouldn't be happening. Please get in touch with our Midnight Castle Support Team with a screenshot of the Castle Challenge page, a description of what has occurred, and your Friend Code. Our Reps will follow up as quickly as they can to help out.

After completing prior days' quests, I am still unable to complete the 5-part daily quest. I have tried this quest numerous times and are unable to get past this challenge.

It is confusing at first, but no...sorry, that isn't a complete quest.
Looks more like the first part of a quest. (each part has one page of requirements).

Look at the frame around the gnome's head. Count the segments of the frame.
(will be 3, 5 or 10 segments in the frame).
When you 'complete' a quest, you get a chest of goodies.

After I posted my message, I went back and looked at the help screen and was able to complete the task. I have been playing MC both PC and IOS for couple of years and I have never known or looked at the ring around the Archemaist head, go figure.

Hello saleeni, uniplus, and susiewastaken,

Thank you for discussing issues encountered while playing the PC version of Midnight Castle. It sounds like there is some trouble being experienced with the Castle Challenge task for a 5 part Daily Quest to be completed. I wanted to swim by with further clarifications as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance prove to be necessary.

For this particular task to be completed, the following must be done:

1. All previous tasks must be completed in the challenge before progress will be registered on this one.
2. A 5-part Daily Quest must be received and all 5 parts completed before a new Daily Quest is provided. This means the reward chest that is given at the end of completing all the parts of a Daily Quest must be received for progress to be counted.

The thread that susiewastaken provided in their post can help in determining whether the Quest received is a 5 part one as well as how to work towards completing it. I've gone ahead and linked it too, just in case that makes it easier to access for interested players. Thank you for taking the time to make sure players know that resource is available.

If that task's progress still isn't being counted after double checking the above criteria, I recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with a screenshot of your Castle Challenge progress screen as well as your Friend Code. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Simple food

The Captain needs 10 simple food I got 6 food and the 5 disappeared and now I have 1 is that the way it works it only goes to 5 and when I get the next 4 it will count as 10 or do I need a glitch fixed? Please respond by PM to me it is difficult some times to find your post even with My Posts Thanks for any help given.

It seems that my friends are locked. I'm unable to invite, decline or open the friends icons. I remember seeing something pop up on my screen a few weeks ago about a fix but I'm unable to find it. Thanks

Hello Hyfalutin,

I'm sorry there's been trouble accessing your friends' Private Rooms. I can definitely explain how to ensure your own Private Rooms are in working order. However, since the steps to fix your friends' rooms must be performed by them, there might not be much that can be done.

Some players are having trouble accessing their friends' Private Rooms. Many found that making a small change to their Private Rooms helped their game reconnect to the servers properly and allowed people to access their Private Rooms again. I would recommend making a small change, like renaming the rooms or moving a placed item, to guarantee your friends can access your Private Rooms.

As I mentioned before, though, players must make these changes to their own games to fix the glitch. Until your friends make changes to their Private Rooms, there will be trouble accessing them.

computer messed up and I had to factory reset. I was on level #78 working on the castle challenge avatar, Anyway transfer from #662751 to #685088

Having trouble with the Castle Challenge. I'm on the trial where it asks to get 5 iron chests from pets...already had 6 iron, 2 golden chests and 3 wooden crates, but it shows as only having 2 on the meter. What to do???
