I've been trying to get the Knight lords achievement. I'm on twice a day most days and always click on the knights. It keeps resetting at 24 days and going back to 16. A glitch? This has been going on since mid June.
Win 10 pc.

I keep getting kicked out of the game keep getting told cannot connect to the server and I have to keep doing the same HOSs over and over for the castle challenge.

I'm sorry your games aren't working and am here to help.

BizyDaisy, since the game isn't saving properly and keeps resetting to Day 16, I'd recommend running the game with administrator permissions. This will ensure it has access to all of the resources it needs to run properly. I've included a help page with those instructions below.

Run Game as Administrator

debbiedevore1958, when a game keeps crashing, I always suggest checking that the video card driver is up to date. The driver controls how the game's graphics interact with the computer, and if there's a new version available, installing it can fix the problem. It can also be useful running the game with administrator permissions. I've included help pages with those respective instructions below.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Run Game as Administrator

If trying those steps doesn't work, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide more assistance. Please include your Friend Code with the inquiry if it's available.

Started having problems with sites repeatedly getting stuck in mirror mode search. It was annoying especially after 7 or 8 in a row. Yes I remember. My job involves patterns so I'm hardwired. Anyway now whole sections are stuck and the main castle or all but six of the sites are now stuck in mirror mode. How do I fix this and please do not tell me to use those reverse things. Can't remember their name! I've bought hundreds of those or over 2000 diamonds worth. Its annoying and ruining my game time believe it or not. Aren't there other modes and shouldn't the individual sites run through them? This is my second time with this game having to start completely over without being able to retrieve any of my original game nor any monies-a lot-that I had spent. And yes I bought diamonds again. So suggestions would be helpful or maybe have the developers remove that mirror mode!! Thanks

dvmmwebb, I'm sorry you seem stuck in mirror mode. Unfortunately, the only way to move on to another random mode is to play it through. You can either complete the HOS in mirror mode, which also counts toward an achievement, or use that swirly orb/wand (I forget the name too) to reverse it. Modes are random and do not reset like the DQ, Fortune Wheel, and airship.

I'm at level 28 and at the point where **** has become a fairly new character. I completed some stuff for him and the witch, opened up the Knight/Anabel and **** searching for the chamber section. I think the Knight/Anabel has 6 or so and **** has 8. I completed those. Did something for the witch and Prof PinFeathers said something about a new part for the horn.

Only ... I got no part and it reset the missions for Knight/Anabel- Reducing Threat and **** - Small Hint that I know I just completed. I'm REALLY not interested in going through those again to see whether or not I get to move forward in the game. Nor do I want to uninstall and possibly have to restart from the beginning if I reinstall. Is this a glitch? Is there something I can do?

Thank you all for discussing issues encountered while playing the PC version of Midnight Castle. Thank you GulfCoastPuppy for helping dvmmwebb with that issue. I can confirm that the Mirror Mode for the hidden object scenes around the castle appears after earning a specific amount of XP for that scene. After that, players may need to complete mirror mode versions of the same scene to complete it.

Players who would rather not play a different version of the hidden object scene can use the item called a "Lightning Flash" to remove the variant version and instead play the base version of the hidden object scene. If you are unable to get these boosts from the Wheel of Fortune, they can be received as a bonus for crafting, received by adding them to your wishlist, or purchased with diamonds. I also recommend continuing to level the scene so that more modes are unlocked, making it less likely Mirror Mode will be active when trying to play the scene.

Thank you for your feedback about the different modes of hidden object scenes in the game. I'll be sure to pass it along to the right teams for their consideration as they discuss the future of the game.

KeishJL, it sounds like there was a loss of progress when interacting with Oberans and the quests during this section. I'm sorry to hear that this has happened and want to recommend contacting our Midnight castle Support team for further assistance since there was a loss of progress.

Please write to our Midnight Castle Support Team with your Friend Code and a description of what progress has been lost as well as what occurred before the game lost progress. Also, it may be helpful to provide a Dr. Felix Diagnostic Report, just in case further investigation becomes necessary. playing PC and on "The Cat Story" and "The Oblivion Spell" sent to Wise Dragon and when clicking on it the following text comes up: The Dragon will reveal the truth in a future update. You have updates in the middle of a quest?

Before I start, welcome to the forums conjurs1! It totally make sense to ask about that message received and susiewastaken is correct that this means that there is a bit of a cliffhanger until the next content update is provided for Midnight Castle.

I can confirm that this message appears when players have reached the current end of content in the game and that an update will need to be provided before players can continue their adventures in Midnight Castle. I wish I had specific dates for when players can expect an update, but the Forum Moderation Team is not provided advance information regarding the timing or content of updates for our games. However, as soon as we are provided these details, a moderator will be certain to update our announcement threads to show those changes and how to install them. Thank you for your support and patience while waiting for that new content to arrive. I hope it's soon.

I also wanted to swim by to thank every player for their patience in regards to posts that appear to be advertising or spam. My replacement laptop arrived. My new friend code is 687742. I'm waiting for CS to transfer my game but the original CS rep was replaced with a new one who swims in the pond Sunday through Thursday. Is it possible to transfer the ticket to someone who is currently working.

If I send friend invites and put up a wish list before the game is transferred, will I lose the friends and any gifted items assuming I reach the appropriate levels before the transfer occurs?

It is understandable wanting to get your issue resolved as soon as possible. We do apologize that the Support Team is separate from the Moderation Team and do not have the ability to transfer tickets to other reps. It is recommended to continue to work with the representative you have been working with. We apologize for this inconvenience.

In regards to your friends, we do apologize that once the transfer takes place, you will lose your friends list. It is recommended to take note of their friend codes for when the transfer progress is executed. With the gifted items, please let the representative know what items were inquired before the transfer so that they can look into getting them into your recently transferred game.

Hi. Remember the glitch that shut down private rooms and wish lists? Well, not only is a sizable chunk of my friends' list still suffering from that, now I can't send things to people who ARE active and who DO have wish lists! I tried to send something today to someone on my friends' list, and, after a moment of struggle, it looked like it had been sent. But when I went back to the social page to see if a second person could receive a gift (they couldn't, as it turned out), lo and behold, the person that I had gifted not five minutes before was showing as not having been sent anything.

Also, because I have a new computer (with Windows 10), I cannot download or delete any demos or games through my own account. I have to download and delete demos and games with my admin account. This is annoying.
