3D magic is NOT - error message and CRASH...help?

I tried to download and run this game for the first time....got an error message
and it crashed. Any idea why this would happen?

Nope. Not a clue. But I do know that our tech support is really top notch. You can contact them by clicking the on the right side of the page. Good luck. They have always done great by me and, on the off chance they can't get things working for you, they usually will issue a credit for another game.

Any fix for the current download for the Options and Exit buttons not working?
