Mac customers screwed again

So......Valerie Porter and the Scarlet Scandel is a Big Fish exclusive, huh? And at an amazing low price of $6.99. Too bad it is only being offered to PC users.

But wait!!!!!

It is being offered to Mac users. For $19.99 on another game site.

So, let's figure this out. Big Fish has an exclusive game that it won't offer to Mac users even though a Mac version exists. Furthermore, the game isn't offered to Mac users at $6.99 on the Big Fish site, but for a considerable increase in price of $19.99 at another game site.

And Big Fish wants to keep telling us that it cares about its Mac customers? Are you kidding me? Are you seriously kidding me?

You guys must have someone on staff whose primary job is to figure out how to screw over Mac customers.

Hi Felinda,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I personally use a Mac at home and can share your frustration with finding the same software or games that are offered for PC. Although we do have the rights for the PC version of this game, the Mac version does require different rights. Sometimes developers will only share specific versions with us, so hopefully we will get a Mac version very soon.

I want to assure you that we are listening and have teams that work very hard to please all of our customers, especially our growing base of Mac gamers. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
