ok how do i wire money!?! im sooo lost.

I played this a month ago so am a little fuzzy but:
Take the ferry to the other side
go to the store with the woman
go to the left service counter
she'll ask you if you need help, you'll tell her you want to send a wire; you may need to pick up one of the envelpoes first.

ok i already sent a telegram but i havnt got to wire money. wat do i do

I remember having to walk around doing other things, then checking back with her for the telegram reply.
