The best HO game?

Greetings fishes,

I'm an HO addict and would like to know what is the best game?

I love Dream Chronicles, one and two, they have super graphics, intelligent mini sequences and storyline.

Any other ideas?

Mystery Case Filed, hands down the best IMHO.

MCF Madame Fate, a hard act to follow. Pulling up in second place would be HE Amazon.

i think that the MCF are pretty good also.

I love Dream Chronicles also but I don't consider it a hidden object game. MCF games are all good. I still enjoy the first one which started the whole craze once in awhile. The new Magic Encyclopedia is a hybrid and one of my all-time favorite games although I haven't figured out what the title has to do with anything. For a series that's strictly hidden object, I like the Big City Adventure games. I like the graphics and the incidental information that makes me want to buy some plane tickets.

I agree with GinaBean- MCF Madame Fate was my favorite followed by HE Amazon. The Dream Chronicles were nice and I like the Little Shop series.

hard to beat mystery case file games. started it all and kept their games fresh and fun to play. Hidden expidition series are good but didn't really improve much for me. but I still enjoy them. I feel like the whole HO game experience has gotten overplayed but there are still some that come out that actually are interesting. I think HO games are probably an individual thing but Ive noticed we all just really want same thing. A really fantastic game that has more than 6 levels. becomes more challenging, has great graphics. I really am more carfeful what I buy due to so many just dont play out well. I stick to the ones I know will be good or thanks to the new forum will be able to see what everyone else thinks of the new ones as well.
I still enjoy playing Mytery In London. Good game play. Love Big Fish for making an awesome place to find games.

I'm in total agreement with you on these two. And Big City Adventures ~ love the feet running sound.

In addition to the ones already mentioned (Mystery Case Files, Hidden Expedition, and Big City Adventures), I also like the Travelogue 360 series a lot.

I know that some people don't like having to rotate and zoom, but I think its kind of cool. (And could be bypassed in favor of a series of still in the 2nd one, Rome).

Less enamored of the Dream Day series, although I did buy the first two. (But not #3 or $4).

The Forgotten Riddles series is nice, too. A trifle short, but different.

I love, love, love the MCF series and have all of them, including the new one for my DS. HE Amazon is good, too, especially the picture of the object so my son, who can't read just yet, can look for stuff on his own.

I am really glad I found this thread as I was just looking for a new HO game to play. I'll have to check out the Big City Adventures!

I'm not a big fan of HO games; they have to be really special for me to buy one.

I agree that Dream Chronicles (whilst brilliant but a bit short) isn't really a HO - a bit like Go-Go-Gourmet - kind of, but not really.

My favourite HO game was Ravenhearst. I love the HO games but hate when I try the hour like it buy and finish it an hour later.
