Hi msdrake,

Thanks for reaching out with that question. Progress for Midnight Castle can be transferred to a new computer by our Midnight Castle Support Team, but any progress made on that new computer would not automatically display once you've returned home to play on your usual computer. You could at that time contact our Midnight Castle Support Team again to request moving the progress saved on the new computer to the original one. To do this, they would need the Friend Code from the original computer and the one showing up on the new one.

I think it's because she has to be on level 13 before she can even open Spring Room 2 - then it should be ok.

Welcome to the forums! I'm really sorry your Midnight Castle game has been lost. Please email our Midnight Castle Support Team for help recovering your game.

The good news is that if you have both the original game's and the new game's Friend Code, they'll be able to transfer the original game's progress directly to the new profile. If the original game's Friend Code isn't available, then please tell them what level you were on and as much about your inventory as possible. Support Team will do everything they can to rebuild your game.

My ID# is 583225. I know I have to wait to get the special item to get the person. But I have gotten all the other one except the chick. The other issue is the challenge. Ok I was getting the creatures I had to get 7. I got one then the challenge was over. I went ahead and collected the 7 just in case. But playing to day I made 8 trades with the kids and the you have to collect the flowers will that challenge is done. what challenge are we on? Every time I play one it tells me that I am done before I even start. That's nice but not right.... Thanks

I'm using my iPad to play Midnight Castle. Since last night, every time I collect an enchanted egg, it is not registering toward my grand total of 500 for that accomplishment (getting the avatar). No matter how many enchanted eggs I've gotten the amount is stuck at 426. Please help!!!

Hi sjdoel and Rouge51,

I'll be happy to try to assist with the questions you two have. Let's take them one at a time.

sjdoel: It sounds like there may be troubles finding one of the chicks during the Spring Event, and there may also be a question about the Castle Challenges. Chicks for the Spring Event appear at random, so the best bet is to continue searching until the one you're missing decides to appear. Wishing you luck with that!

In regards to the Castle Challenges, we're currently on the 13th Challenge. This started on March 28th and will last for 30 days. During the course of those days, there will be several tasks to complete. They must be completed in order, and every 10 completed tasks will earn you a reward. If there have been troubles not being able to complete tasks despite performing the actions described in them, please let our Midnight Castle Support Team know, and include your Friend Code in the email to them.

Hi,
I was playing MC yesterday. All was fine. I stopped for awhile and when I went to play again some kind of download screen came up. It went away quickly and another message came up saying it was going to take some time to fix the game.
I have lost everything and by everything I mean everything! I was on level 84 it is now on level one! There is nothing there. It has started everything from scratch.
I have already filed a ticket with BF tech, but so far nothing. It is bad for a game to die, but when there is a special going on super bad time!
Please help!

I'm really sorry Midnight Castle progress has been lost. I'd definitely recommend continuing to work with our Midnight Castle Support Team. It can take up to 72 hours for them to be in touch, and I definitely realize how long of a wait that is during a Spring Event. I promise that they'll be in touch as quickly as possible.

If you haven't already, please send them the Friend Code of your original game (if it's available) and of your new game. I'd also let them know you were on Level 84.

playing on Monday then stopped for dinner and went back later. Update came up so downloaded it and reopened game to find myself back at the start. I was on level 85 with all but 2 pets, heaps of diamonds, plenty of cash, so many craft items, a lot of eggs and a lot of event items but they have all gone. I am using a Lenovo laptop and my friend code is 695651. Is that all the info you need? Thanks

- The original game's Friend Code
- The new game's Friend Code
- The level of the original game
- The original game's diamond and coin totals
- The original game's inventory, pets, and avatars

They'll do everything they can to help fix this. I wish you the best of luck.

I think this is the right place for this problem. About two weeks ago I took in Cmdr. Gary as one of my friends. The arrow has not been shown so I cannot gift him. All that shows under his name is the garbage pail. I decided that I should bring it to your attention because he will not realize he is getting no gifts from me. He has made several gifts to me and I can access his private room. Please let me shower him with gifts.

It totally makes sense to ask whether there's some sort of technical issue involved with this particular friend's wish list not appearing to gift them. I would like to clarify why this may be happening today.

Sometimes, players choose to not post a wish list, which means that players will be unable to gift them. As such, it may be an intentional decision to not have a wish list. They may have chosen to do this to help gift others without the ones that they are gifting feeling obligated to gift back. Since you have access to their private room, it's very likely that this is the case.

I hope that this is able to clarify why that may be happening, and that our players have to choose to provide a wish list to be gifted in Midnight Castle.
