Escape the Museum - In and out of Focus

Anyone else bothered by the transition screen in Escape the Museum 2 that starts out of focus then gradually comes into focus? Any way to turn that off? Also, don't need the snapshots between scenes either. Game is OK. These features are unnecessary and distracting. Opinions, please.
