Seems like the game is down again. I was able to log on, then had connection issues while I was trying to plant crops. Exited the game and now I've got a blank white screen when I start the game again. Sure am glad they launched a limited time quest just in time for the game to go down again.

Edited to add: It seems absolutely ridiculous to launch a limited time quest when you are having so many server problems. Since I can't even enter the game, let alone start the quest, are you going to extend the quest deadline to actually give people a chance to complete it?

It's 11pm eastern and total white screen for me. Game worked at 2pm. Guess something happened? Hopefully it comes back before my crops wilt.

I also got that blank white screen.

This worked for me:

Right-click on the blank white screen.

Click on Reload.

Hope this helps someone.

I was whacking bushes and got a failed to contact server message.

Restarted the system and got the blank white screen. Right-click and Reload worked.

Not me. 1217 AM Eastern time. Was picking up coconuts when the "failed to connect to server" thing happened and the white screen appeared.

Reloaded and tried Chuck's trick. It didn't work for me and "reload frame" didn't work either.

Edit: 101 AM Back up.

Ok I was able to get on at around 10:30 pm Pacific time, but it's down again now. More white screen nonsense.

My game won't load yet again. I don't know what's happening lately but I've had more problems with the game in the last week than I've had in the last 2 years. Starting a limited time quest line while the game is having this many issues is a bad idea. Maybe taking time to totally fix the other issues would be a better use of time.

This game is having some serious issues. I just tried to load it again and this showed up in the chat-

Um, I'm logged in and there's a bunch of text above the game screen with all sorts of nonsense in it. I think it's officially broken now

Again, the lack of being able to get on the game, has arisen. Not only that, I am not registering all my multiple items, when I get them. If I get say 7 items, in one whack, it will only register 2 or 3. This has been going on for awhile now, to the point I'm posting to see if others, too, have this issue.
Plus it doesn't seem that having runes or high percentage for say, gems, works. I don't seem to gain any advantage other then mana, and that's not all the time.

At 08:54 a.m. Eastern ... I see only a white frame where the game should be, and a long string of code bascially telling me my user ID information is incorrect. Clearly this is not the case, as I'm logged in and able to post on the forum as well as play other games.

*sigh*

We rebooted the game as soon as we got into the office, and we're looking into the cause behind the outages.

As we are based in Western Canada, we are in the Pacific Time zone and our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm.

Because of the game issues, I was unable to complete the proof-reading quest and I lost crops (8 crops of passion fruit). Is there going to be any compensation for these loses? I must say, I am a little irritated by this issue.

Rainbow Island puzzle field is broken. End game players are being offered 1 and 2 energy bushes, and only having a few of the 56 puzzle pieces after more than an hour of whacking. This can't possibly be intentional.

I am starting to wonder about this as well. It doesn't even look like a 56 piece puzzle it looks more like the 36 piece, though to be fair I have been doing flux puzzles so maybe the pieces just look like the 36 piece puzzles.

It is, just really, really slowly. Item find rates are based on energy/player level. The higher your level, the more energy it takes before you are likely to find an item. In cases where a certain thing needs to appear to whack (dirt mounds, people, rocks, thieves), it is a fixed rate (20 item dirt mounds appear every 19 bushes for me), but everything else seems to have your odds for finding something increase as you use energy. Since these bushes are so low energy, it takes a LOT of bushes before you find anything. I whacked for about 10 minutes and found a puzzle piece and a couple quest items. The only reason I whacked that long before quitting is that I didn't notice there were puzzle pieces. I thought I just had to find quest items. After seeing I only had one puzzle piece after 10 minutes, I knew it was broken.
