Tried to go to the" crashing,freezing, game won't open" as suggested but all I find is " sorry but the page you're looking for is NOT here" ??? So far I have been lucky enough that I haven't lost anything but when I try to get to friend's room is when the game freezes. Guess I could just play on and skip the spring event.

Thank you both for taking the time to report issues being seen while playing the Android version of Midnight Castle. I absolutely understand wanting to look further into those issues and I wanted to swim by real fast with some preliminary assistance as well as how to reach our Midnight Castle Support Team for further assistance.

only1Marne, I want to apologize for that link not working. I've gone ahead and looked into it and seem to have been able to get that specific link to function properly again. It should work now should you want to use that particular resource, and just in case it is helpful, the link is below:

I hope that is helpful. If there are further issues, please don't hesitate to contact our Midnight Castle Support Team with the device type and model, the operating system version, as well as the in-game Friend Code for the progress seeing that issue.

janwinley, I am sorry to hear that progress seems to have been lost. In this case, I recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with that in-game Friend Code for further assistance with that lost progress as our Reps have the tools available to assist further with issues related to losing items or progress.

Also, I wanted to let players seeing an update message on a Kindle or Blackberry device know that the following announcement discusses the update message these devices are receiving and how those devices may no longer be supported by the game:

An Announcement Regarding the "An Update is Available" Message Loop for Android Players.

Players seeing that message and are unable to update their games should contact our Midnight Castle Support Team with the information requested in that announcement. Our Reps will be sure to follow up to discuss the issue further and possibly provide troubleshooting if the device seeing the issue hasn't had support discontinued and only needs a bit of extra troubleshooting assistance.

Thank you all for your understanding and patience. Do not hesitate to contact any of our active Moderators with further questions. We are all happy to listen and help out as best we can.

I have just seen the notice about the g update not available on the kindle and BlackBerry devices after playing this game since the onset 4years know have to buy a new kindle to continue with the game which I cannot afford I am very disappointed never did here back from customer service I think this is unacceptable Christine

I heard back from CS. They are very sorry, but the devs have chosen to stop supporting the older Kindles.
When I got my Kindle HD10 6 months ago, I chose not to transfer my HD7 game over. I started from scratch and use the HD10 as my main device. I enjoyed playing the two games on the two devices. I've been playing the HD7 game for almost 2 years.
I am very disappointed that I have all this time invested as well as now the accumulated inventory, coins and diamonds and I'm supposed to buy another new Kindle to keep playing that game.
My older Kindle game is now just supposed to sit there? Why would I buy yet another Kindle? And why can't they transfer or "gift" my HD10 game all my HD7's inventory, coins and diamonds? I earned it...it shouldn't have to just sit there unusable.
So unfair.

A370588 is the friend code on my account. I have a kindle fire hd. The version I'm running is 7.51_user_5174320. Please advise how I can update Midnight Castle. Or if I'm not able to obtain the update please inform soon can delete the game off my Kindle. It's my account made tee standing I can not transfer my profile to another operating system.

I have been in touch with the support team and they are trying to transfer my game from kindle fire hd 7 to my new kindle 10 I see you say they cannot do this l have just played &169.99for this so they better resolve this

Still waiting to here I was told that. When I opened my new kindle that it should download with my old id transferred but it has not I am level 12 instead of level76 I spent a lot of money on this game have 79 friends none on my new kindle except John getting really upset spent out and bought a new kindle so that my game would be transferred chris

I'm having problems playing, at this time, level 76 won't let me finish, keeps coming up to be continued in future update, but none available. Tried every option available still no change, hope to be able to carry on. playing on kindle fire.Hdx 3rd generation.

I am still waiting for a reply I went and bought anew kindle so I could keep my progress I have the 5th generation kindle what is the problem I spent £169.99for it if I had known it would not update I would not have bothered chris

I wanted to stop in here to address the issues that people have been coming across in the game.

First, the Forum Moderation Team wants to thank everyone who's taken the time to post their feedback and concerns here regarding updates for the Kindle version of the game. The Moderation Team works hard to pass along the player comments and thoughts that we see in the forums so that the Midnight Castle team can see them. All of our teams here definitely appreciate receiving feedback from players so that it can hopefully be taken into account for future changes or game content.

If anyone here is experiencing trouble updating their game on a Kindle the Forum Moderation Team highly recommends contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with your player ID. Our Reps are always willing to help as best they can, and are able to investigate issues further and offer customized assistance in a variety of different situations.

Irenetom52, it sounds like you're being prompted to wait until a future update to continue playing. Level 76 is currently the last available level in the game, and it sounds like you've reached the end of the latest content. The Forum Moderation Team unfortunately doesn't receive info on when updates may be released, however I want to assure you that we'll make sure to post in the following thread when any new information is made available:

Kimball321, it sounds like you've been in touch with our Support Team, but haven't received a reply. Our Reps all absolutely want to make sure that people are able to enjoy their games, and I completely understand wanting to look into this.

I've checked in with them, and it looks like they've been able to receive your recent emails. There may be a delay in when the Support Team is able to respond, however a Rep will absolutely be in touch as soon as they're able.

only1Marne, I understand that you have a question regarding trading with the children during the Spring Event. The Forum Moderation Team understands that users are seeing that those trades aren't being counted towards the Master of Negotiations achievement. I've not received any news on my issue of not being able to receive the latest update on midnight castle. Can you provide an estimated date on when I will receive any info from the Support team. I really like the game but if I'm not going to receive updates I will need to find another game to play. I understand I'm a single player and customer retention of a single player is not important to a company with thousands of players but I'm certain that I'm not the only person having issues. Maybe I should post to Face Book to see if there are others like me having the s as me issue.

I have been in touch with customer service again they say when I open my new kindle fire 5th generation my level76will have transferred but it is still on level14 what is the problem I got the new kindle so I could continue with the game I am waiting yet again to here off them getting annoyed now yours Chris

I had to restart this game in 2014 as it got lost and I was on level 54 I have played on my game for up until the new update level76 waiting for my game to be transformed told twice it should open but has not old I'd a 192529 new I'd a840075 started playing on level14 I have 80 friends none on my new kindle I have made a note of them it took me 2years to get to where I am and a lot of money I do not want to spend another 2years to get back up to level 76 plus frustrated chris

The appropriate teams were able to investigate that issue and players should now be able to download and install the new update. Extremely upset and angry after being told that BF had decided to no longer support our older Kindles and that if we chose to get a new device they would transfer the game.

I bought a new Kindle only to now find that I needed not to waste my valuable pension money because now the problem is solved and I have the game updated on two devices..shame on Big Fish to tell me porkies and waste my money!

Edited to state: The game on my new device constantly crashes losing progress as well.
