RegnaHelena -- please send a Dr. Felix report to customer service with your game ID. Many of us are having the same problem. I know that they will be working on it, but it takes a bit. Just have to be patient.

I also want to complain about last update that change the mouse sensitive. It stucks when you want to see different locations ( before it was a smooth sliding) and makes you do thing you don´t want to do , like paying with pearls to creations go faster. I´ve lost a lot of pearls because of it. Besides open things when you don´t want to and make hard to build stuff. Please , check it out.

I have sent by customer e-mail Dr. Felix report and error report, however, even following instructions , I could not find my ID number.

Although, I´ve seen that I´m not the only one facing this problem, so I assume that once corrected for one person it will be correct for everybody.

I hope we have a new game release soon fixing this issue . Thank you !

I had the response from support team, it is basically what is written at FAQ , and does not work. They asked me to update my video card. I did , but the issue remains.

If it stars AFTER the newest update, and I happens only at a specific situation the problem is the update, not my computer.

I did tell them again and post the error at customer service again. I had the same response.

Unfortunally it seems that the answer is based at the e-mail title and is automatic, so, I realize no one is actually reading the e-mail relating the problem or is in fact working at it. .

I hope you are able to help us Frosteen , cause as you have seen, a lot of people is complaing about the same error, all after the game update. Please , if you may, interfere , so we have a solution soon.

My game crashes when I click on the Fresco. I have completed two of the three Frescos with no problem. The last will not advance and the game crashes each time it is selected.

I am running windows 10.

Add me to the list of unhappy PC players. Every time I try to click on the Fresco between Louisa's House and the Tavern, the game crashes and I get a "Fatal Error" message on my desktop. To add insult to injury, some kind soul has sent help for me (the blue "magic" swirl on top of the Megaphone icon) and since clicking this crashes the game, I have no idea who sent help and no way to send a "Thank You" to them.

I have sent an inquiry to Customer Support including a Dr. Felix report and screenshots of the Fatal Error message and the Fresco with the "Help Sent" icon above it. Let's see what sort of reply I get.

ETA: I have just submitted a second inquiry to Customer Support because this has now happened on two of the three frescoes. I sincerely hope the devs will take a look at my comments in that inquiry because I believe this has to do only with help from a friend on these frescoes. I discovered today that only after a friend (I have no idea who) sent help did my game crash when I clicked on the fresco that is located by the diver. I had clicked on it a few times to see how much time was left until the route to another island was opened, before someone sent help. There was absolutely no problem before help was sent. As soon as I clicked on the icon showing a friend had sent help, the game crashed and I got a "Fatal Error" message. The one fresco that had no problem (and opened a route to Panda Island) had no help sent. I also have no problem accepting help for other items in the game. Hopefully the Dr. Felix reports for each of these instances will help narrow the focus on what is causing this and a solution will be forthcoming in short order. If this is not resolved, the game will be utterly unplayable for anyone who encounters this because the routes to other islands cannot be opened.

First time asking for help since before my game crashed after the Dec update and I can not accept the help on ridding the island of the two kronks so I can rid the island of the monster for the fourth fresco. Crash each and every time. GEEZ! All this time to get to 9000 and thought I will ask for help on the last bits but NO. Thanks, SS programmers. Such an unexpected turn of events.

I had no problem in my game until I received help from a game that had the crashing problem. So now I'm also stuck with the crock.

If you have a problem with the crock DO NOT HELP OTHERS with their crock, they will also crash.

Just wanted to update anyone with the krok help problem. Customer Service responded to me and said that they are working on the issue - they know it has effected a lot of us. From all my time on Big Fish, I am very confident that they will solve this glitch - we just have to be patient.

Try going to the .exe for Sunken Secrets in your computer. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sunken Secrets\SunkenSecrets.exe" This is the only way I can currently go into my game. If it works, just put a short cut on your desk top.

If you are seeing a crash when tapping on a fresco, removing a Krok, or when visiting friends and haven't already contacted us, we definitely would like to hear more about that issue.
