Another game that tells me there is an access violation. I have tried the advice you give in the help section - still wont work. Have deleted and reinstalled 4 times.

On the rune HOP, one of the runes is located under the Morphing Eagle. There's no way to click on it. How was this missed? I'm on a Mac.

Same problem with the rune hiding under the eagle. Can't get it. Can't go forward.

I solved the problem with the hiding rune. I exited the game then came back and the eagle at the top was gone. I could get the rune.

This is the second game in a row, that i cannot play because of glitches, i am getting quite aggressive with these suddenly and new appearing problems. I couldn't play the Subliminal Realm and now i cannot play this game without glitches. With the Subliminal Realm there even WAS a fix, but you did not release it :-( - which i find is very userunfriendly and i guess the same will happen here.

Now all my drivers are up to date and still - at the explosion of the monastery - my monitor freezes, had to restart the computer (!!!), restarted the game - 3 minutes later same problem - monitor freezes, game can only be ended in that i shut down the computer - if you as a company are not able to release working games anymore, one might have to search for another game-company, who can. I am really angry about this!!!

At least take us users serious and release the fixes the game-developers sent you!

I hope I'm posting in the right place. I think this is a tech issue. If I walk away from the game for more than two or three minutes the screen goes black and the only way to fix it is to shut down the computer. When I restart the game has moved back a scene and I have to redo the last scene completed. Also I got to the part where I need to use the green glass on the mirror in the coffin makers shop. I placed the green glass but the cosmetics wouldn't work so I backed up and then zoomed in again. The green glass was gone and I can't move ahead. I've looked everywhere to see if this is supposed to happen and maybe I have to find the green glass again but nope...it's gone. I really like this game and would like to finish it. Help please.

I am using an HP computer with windows 10

windows 10 .. game plays, but screen constantly flickering with black horizontal bars ... not only annoying, but dangerous to my eyesight ... BIG SIIIIIIIIGGGGGGHHHHHH!
too many games with problems lately ...

I get clear through to Stephan's house and then I get a run time error and it shuts the game down- have done EVERY possible "trick" that has ever been recommended. NOTHING is working- Getting more and more frustrated with games on BF-

While in Stephan Astors home when I attempt to go back to the alchemal recipe book, It kicks me out of the game and displays a visual C++ runtime error. I can go anywhere else in the game with no problem. I am using a pc with windows 7.

Windows 10- in undertakers room, hint sends me to the workbench to make stained glass. Go to bench, hit indicates better move on. restarted several times. Will appreciate a refund for this too expensive game given the frustration I've endured.

I have uninstalled and re-installed this game several time. When I reach a certain location each time, I receive a message that says.....Runtime error
This application has re quested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
