Lost some of my friends

I had my computer worked on today.
I lost many of my friends....
The ones that are there, their boxes are black... empty....
What do I do?

I am one of your friends, sugar glider. My game name is am and my number is 223193. I don't know which category I am in on your computer, but just friend me again.

Sorry to hear that the friend's list in Wanderland isn't displaying your friends as expected. We definitely want players to be able to make use of this social feature and I'd be happy to provide some troubleshooting suggestions that may help resolve that issue or point towards the need for further troubleshooting from our Technical Support Team.

In this case, it's possible that this is a display error and that running this game in a different manner may help resolve this display issue affecting the friend's list. The following steps can help provide a game with the ability to run more smoothly by providing it administrator permissions, which may help resolve this display issue:

Run Game as Administrator

If that doesn't seem to help, it's also possible that some other troubleshooting steps are able to assist, such as trying to refriend those who are missing to see if that clears up the issue. It's also possible that further investigation could be necessary. If the issue continues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Technical Support Team if those steps don't seem to work, as this means that more investigation may be necessary to resolve the issue. Our Reps will be sure to get back in touch as quickly as possible to follow up.
