Suggestions for the developers

OK I usually don't add my 2 cents but I feel I can add a little light. I have one game at level 84 and I have a second game at level 12. I can feel the frustration of the lower levels. I keep going in circles at level 12 and level 84. It is just that the circle for level 84 is a lot larger than the circle at level 12. You need lots and lots of patience when playing Midnight Castle. When I get frustrated on level 12 I close that laptop and go to the level 84 game on my second laptop. I I guess I am a glutton for punishment. But
I am totally addicted to this game.
Take a deep breath, reach your Zen area uncork that bottle of Merlot and ENJOY!!

Here are some things I would like to see:
on crafting items, less coins, some of the items to craft require a lot of coins I like the ones with fewer coins and especially the ones that don't require any coins

less time to recharge the HOS and the wheel

less items for the zoom items, like someone mentioned you can see that sometimes you only need one of an item so why do we need two

more ways to earn coins

be able to message friends in game

daily requests, not have to visit an area 3 times or so, especially when after you do a HO you have to wait an hour

Trinia to have other quests instead of just gifting friends, finding shards and sending the airship, maybe create a mini game where you play with the dogs

when doing night mode make the area a tad bigger

more special events, you have easter, spring, 4th of july, summer, other not so big holidays that could do something for

I think that during seasonal events is an opportune time for a "global" challenge to occur. There seem to be more players and more camaraderie.

I'd also like the themes/scenes/avatars of seasonal events thought out more, making them more appropriate to the season and/or Castle. Spring event 2018's Alice in Wonderland theme and the "cruise ship" style avatars for the CC are not Spring like, IMO. Maybe 2019 could be built on March winds, April showers, and May flowers.

If you're going to make the original Spring Room obsolete, how about making the Spring Terrace playable when there isn't a season event going on?

The drop could be random inventory items.

It's such a shame that such a beautiful hidden object scene will no longer be available because most players prefer to play Spring Room 2 for the coins.

Maybe we could have the children back once in a while, maybe once a month outside the events? And let them trade random inventory items for airship items?

It would be REALLY nice if the pets and the dice game would drop items for DQs and DestinyKeyQuests. Mostly the DQs.

I was really looking forward to the Spring Event as it is my first and I was so happy when it began...then the Spring room drama took the joy away...I even threw the rattle out of the spring terrace a couple of times thinking that the achievement would be impossible to complete

My suggestion is....take the frustration away from such a wonderful game....when the Spring Event is over, change Spring Room 1 to a Summer room....a room that could be visited as a regular HOS in gameplay (as already suggested)...maybe even develop that portal that so many players were hoping for...myself included... that leads from one room to another (this could also be done with the Christmas rooms)

I love this game sooo much and the design and graphics are truly amazing...it's such a shame that the choice between two rooms (that are completely different in terms of coin and Inventory) has caused such a kafuffle.

I am really hoping that there will be a new room for the Fall event (I know, I know)...if there are any plans in the future for this to happen....please...please...please ...test it, play it, and see that it does do what it says on the tin before releasing it...

All this being said...thank you for such a wonderful game and for taking the time to listen.

Sorry, I don't like to complain after all the wonderful things you have done for us, but I really can't stand all these Cutsy pets.

I have way too many little bunnies, along with all the other juvenile aged critters.

I'd love to see some grown-up, adult animals, etc.

Thanks for your hard work.

It looks like someone has already made the suggestion but I would like to add my "vote".

As there are HOS's in both spring rooms, I would like to see a portal to pop between Spring room 1 & 2. That way folks can leave whichever they prefer up...but still allow people working on the achievements to get to the HOS/s they need.

Perhaps instead of a whole new room in the future just have the main room, and 1 room for each event. In the main event rooms you can then add a portal/doorway to open new rooms connected to that event??? Then you will only have to add to that event room/set whenever you come up with new challenges for us.

I would also like to second Boo's comment. I feel cheated when a ZZ asks for multiple items but only has a slot for 1.

Thanx so much for all your hard work!!! I love the MC World!!!!

you don't think it's time to talk about our Pets. Many are asked a large number of feed. maybe it's time to cut their diet a little.until they starved to death.and in the future do not have to put a large number. I think 1 to 5 is enough.and for hares (we have a large number of them.) you can make food in the form of carrots.

Soon we will no longer be able to post suggestions to the developers. No way to tell the developers what changes we would like to see in this game to make it more player friendly.

I hope that at least they consider all the plea's we've made regarding airship items in order to be able to make getting the Daily Quest achievements doable since the airships ask for increasing amount of airship items as you advance in levels.

This will be my last post on this suggestion. There are many solutions offered in this thread regarding the airships and airship items. I don't expect the developers will actually listen to these suggestions, but I still hope they do.

My last suggestion is to shorten the length of the seasonal events just a bit. The current event runs for 44 days, which is just too long, IMO.

Not to mention that the seasonal events are way too similar to each other: catch flying objects, craft pets, ho-hum, you're done. If you need coins, play 3 HOS to fill your coffers. Try not to fall asleep while doing so.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to swim by really quickly and assure our players that suggestions and feedback about Midnight Castle can still be sent to our Midnight Castle Support Team even after the April 30th changes go through for the forums. Our Midnight Castle Support Team is just as well equipped at passing along suggestions to the teams behind the game, so you're all welcome to send your thoughts and ideas to them whenever you'd like.

I hope this helps in some way. Please feel free to send a PM to one of our active Moderators if there are other concerns better addressed in private. We'll be happy to provide whatever assistance we can.

Hoping that the moderators have a place on the MC Support Team.

I feel a bit like being in mourning. The forum has so enriched this game in many powerful ways. I played 14 months before finding it. And I feel like I have friends (even if they are not on my friends list) who guide us, challenge us, come to our rescue if need be. I'm an optimist and because of that I choose to believe the mods when they say the game will continue on. But change can be difficult and especially hard for seniors. I am very challenged with technology. Every time I've needed help, getting to customer service has been difficult and I have had to ask my son for help.

For future seasonal private rooms. Have one HOS that provides the old seasonal items and sometimes gives 250 coins and sometimes gives 2 airship items instead of one. Have a second HOS that gives new seasonal items and gives 250 coins. Have a third HOS that gives new seasonal items, standard 50 coins, and one random additional airship item or inventory item from one of the castle HOS (or an inventory item used by the daily quests).

Doing it this way provides an incentive for players with lots of coins to do the private room HOS and provides access to old items without needing to switch private rooms daily.

The problem that I see with this option is that it's just ONE voice with no other voices weighing in whether they think someone's idea is a good idea or could make things worse.... On this forum, we can all see what suggestions are made and whether we agree with them or not.... I guess we'll see how it all turns out ....
