I think a lot of the time it is just checking to make sure you have the latest version of the software.

I know the one time I clicked no, the game didn't work right. Had to uninstall then reinstall to get it working.

Oh I had that trouble too.

I think you need to create a new player profile before you can start over from the beginning.

I still got the error after reinstalling too.

Then I created a different player and no issues since...

good news... there is a new version of the game on the site now.

you just need to uninstall your version and reinstall either from the game page or if you bought the game from your purchase history

Talk to Dmitri.

Look at the computer monitor. Select the top item in the right column and then
click on the appropriate shape, color and size. Continue with the second and
third item.

The correct items are:
Triangle-Blue-Large, Circle-Yellow-Large, Square-Red-Small. <------- highlight for sequence

I read somewhere ( I think a different thread ) that you need to let the paper dry before using it.

its funny how this can happen on some things and not others.

I don't know for sure but I think it has something to do with the way the games 'talk' to the systems they run on.
sometimes if this doesn't run the way it's supposed to, it can cause all kinds of trouble.

but tech support is the best way to go.

as as they said before, all is not lost if some games work. it might just be this one game that does funky things on your system.

I have had some trouble with AVG too.

I have also had trouble with one vista machine and not another so I know how strange this can be.
