Hi Cynthia, the male pheasants are such a lovely bird. They're fun to watch during mating season as they strut around trying to attract their favorite ladies. Same with my To-Do List. I've really got to start getting it pared down.

Hey Boogie, I have a pair of doves that show up and forage below my bird feeder. My furbabies get really excited when they start calling. I like their calls. Enjoy your Indian food and have fun playing games.

Morning Silly, bet the Silly kids are excited about getting a new puppy!! We had a weimeraner when I was a kid. Great dog. Hope your landlord will agree. They are a high energy dog so will be able to play and chase balls as long as your kids (and DH) want.

Hey Snugs, glad you have better weather for making deliveries. We have a gang of turkeys that live in the area of my walking trail. There's a wooded area and a stream plus a decorative group of small flowering trees which are low to the ground. I often see them roosting during my walk. Tank and Little Girl will be happy if it gets into the 50s today because I'll open the windows. They love to perch in them to sniff and chirp at the birds and squirrels. Have a great day!!

..... Bright and sunny day. It was already 40 F when I left for my walk. It's really great being able to walk outside. Lots of small critters busily scavaging for food. It may even hit 60 today. Whaahoooo!!
..... Have a couple of demo's to play today; they're games I missed when DD was in the hospital. And, have a few topside errands to run. Errands may wait until after lunch so I can take advantage of going out in peak sun. Plus I do need to complete at least one chore on my To-Do List today.

I miss my local drive-in as well. When my sisters were little I took them to the drive-in. Then, when my daughter was little we went every weekend because they always had a kid's movie first. She'd fall asleep during intermission and the second movie would be a big people movie. There's a drive-in about 2 hours from my DD's house so we try to go at least once during the summer.

Selina, how frightening. We feel so powerless when our babies are having medical issues and all we can do is make sure we get them help and be there to support and love them. I'll keep your daughter and family on my daily prayer list.

SyberGypsy, welcome to the Fish Pond. I never seem to put anything in the "right" place. So it's never where I think it "should" be. LOL My keys were the worst. After looking for over an hour, and finding them in the frig , I put them on a pylon-type hook and clipped it onto the strap of my purse. Now I just have to remember where I put my purse when I need it.

After 3+ months of bitter cold and lots of snow, it's wonderful.
